Hi everyone! Ugh! Running...if a lion were after me, I'd be dinner. I envy you runners!

Dani~ my Doctors office scale is lighter than mine (even with clothes and shoes)...I still stick with mine, it's the only consistent scale I have. Dang thing!

Happy2be~ Juddd is so flexible on the up days. If you are full after dinner, don't worry about it. Some days are more hungry than other days. The DD's are strict and that's what you have to worry about the most. A word of caution (from experience) if you have too many UP UP and AWAY days it will take longer to lose, but as long as you're doing the DD's you WILL lose. I'd give it more than two weeks, though, to really know if you like it. Ask Danielle. Good luck!

Cindy you will be skinny, well lets not say skinny we should say FIT, that is the real objective!!! Drug my fat butt to the gym again, and I ran last night and has the scale moved yet?NO! WTH?????????????? I am being as strict as can be, it better move tomorrow or I am going Ninja on it!

House inspection today on the new house, the lady did the appraisal on my house, she wanted to know all my paint colors, LOL She said I hope you are getting a nice house this is no nice here, I love your decor!!! I said I am getting a fixer upper! LOL

Yes girls I for one know I will never be skinny until I am buried underground a good year, LOL!! And that is OK! The gym might have a new female trainer, I like my trainer but seeing him once a week is not cutting it, I need to do all the yucky stuff I hate doing so now to check her out and see if she is willing to meet me at 5:00 am, LOL

I love the word FIT. I could be happy the rest of my life if I was just healthy, because skinny is just never going to happen to this football player bone structure

Happy Friday everyone! I lost a grand total of 5.8 this week, weighing in at 270.0! So excited, this brings my grand total to 13.2 lbs in 2 weeks I added in exercise this week, have gone 5 days, so I think this has helped, and I for sure can feel a difference in my body! Thanks to this thread, I think I have found the motivation I need, knowing I have to face the scale every friday! You guys are great

I start a biggest loser competition at my gym, weigh in on Monday. Hopefully, combined, I can pull some good numbers! I set my own goal, and if I reach 100% of it, I get my entry fee back, but if I am the highest % of weight loss, I get a year membership. While I would love to just reach my goal, I am gunning for the membership, duh

Well everyone have a great Friday! Best of luck to everyone and congrats to everyone who has lost, big or small!

Some good losses, so far....congratulations! Amber, don't get discouraged....look at those inches melting away!

I have had a rough week....fell off my "no wheat" wagon last weekend and have been dragging behind it all week, not able to get back on. Shows on the scale....discouraged but will try, try again.

I went to the gym yesterday!!!!! 1 mile on the eliptical and 2.5 miles on the bike. Back in action. But I did notice that TOM is heavier since I left the gym.... Maybe that has something to do with it. I had such a good time at the gym. I thought it would be awkward but it wasn't. I thought I would feel like everyone was looking at me because last few times I went I was smaller and people would notice that I "let myself go" But they didn't. All is well with the world. I guess I felt ashamed.

Ceecee AWESOME on the exercise!

OnceN~ that dang wheat wagon! I don't know if it will help you or if you want to try it (if you're low carb or not) When I went off wheat I allowed myself all of the protein and salad I wanted with yummy dressing until I felt better, I tried new breads like peanut butter or almond bread that I made from recipes here on LC Friends and I avoided everything else. If you're not LC, get some wheat substitutes ~like a good GF bread, or GF waffles. That helps me now when I'm 'jonesing' for a wheat product. It does get better, I promise.

Good job staying on plan and sticking it out ladies!!! Lose or not as long as you are sticking to your plan it will come off in time!!!!!!!!!!

I'm down 3.6 this week, not a bad second week at all! Now if I could get some exercise in, I bet I could keep this thing rolling to hightail it back down another 23 to my lowest and beyond by spring maybe!!!

And regarding FIT~ I would just like to FIT into my clothes at this point, then I'll see where I can make it from there!!!!

I did the high fat/low protein thing (like the fat fast, only without the dairy), which caused me to lose 5 pounds last week, but I started biking on hills again and I think this just CAN'T work with exercise. I freaked out and ate a bunch of protein when I made a mistake and broke ketosis. So, I lost all that ground and I'm up a pound.

I really think weight loss is hard when building muscle, but I am sure it is all redistributing inside!

Amber--I remember you talking about the fat fast boomeranging on you...happened to me (again) this week, second time. It's like I can't learn!

1 pound of Christmas weight and 1 pound of new weight. Feeling very happy that I didn't cave to the sugar/free chocolate once this week.

Clothes don't feel much different but my head band fell off

for all the losers
for everyone who is struggling
