Good morning,

Well started back on track yesterday so today is day 2. After looking at my menu from yesterday realized I need to do better. Got hungry and got the munchies so went for the nuts. Not really bad, but need to get back into ketosis and eating nuts the first day won't get me there. So clean eating today. Sitting down to figure out the daily menu, then need to stick to it:)

Start weight = 162

Menu:
B - coffee, hwc, splenda, 2 eggs, spinach, goat cheese, sausage
S - pistachios
D - 1 pork chop, green beans
S - peanuts, coffee, hwc, splenda

Ah, here we are! I'm still in London and haven't been able to weigh in since I left New York. I've definitely had some carbs during this vacation-- my birthday was Jan 1 and I just decided to have pasta. It was amazing. AMAZING.

I'm a little afraid of what the scale will tell be on the 7th, but I also know I can just get right back on track and set new goals and get to where I need to be. The good news is that my clothes do not feel any tighter.

Hey all. I'm a couple days late on checking in. Been back on since the 26th. The scale is not being nice to me so i'm going to avoid it for awhile.

Good morning all. Skipped gym last night. I ate some sf jell-o last night and I don't know if it was the jell-o or Tom but man I was fighting some cravings.
Ate some string cheese and did my best to ignore them.

We will see tomorrow. We had a girls day and ate at an area cupcake factory. Celebrate my birthday early. It will be my only bad day so far. So hopefully my body doesn't hate me to much tomorrow.
