Hi all,
I was so frustrated yesterday had 3 pieces of the kids pizza. Add up all the carbs and hit total 64 yesterday. Hopefully that won't do too much damagae, but clean eating today. Have been looking at myself in the mirror and look thinner, just not seeing it on the scale. Keep on trucking. Scales don't love me this morning, but am focussing on the fact that I have eaten within plan, and portions haven't been stupid so I know it is just one of those weird fluctuations that happen.

No loss, but at least no gain either. Was hoping to cross into the 180s by end of Jan, but at the rate I'm going, who knows. I just have to keep my eating to induction levels and drink lots of water and hopefully the pounds will follow.

Morning all,
Still doing well. I am happy that my mindset is that of one day at a time. That's how I did it when I was on Weight Watchers and it works. If I think to far ahead and want to lose 10 pounds I just get upset and take a step backwards. Hubby wants to start working out again. Only problem we don't have our stuff and it's cold outside. I might start in a few weeks or on a warm day or two. Nothing big just walking for me, but it feel great. In the mean time I will plan my menu out each day and stic to it. Pam, I totally relate so I'm going to listen to your advice of one day at a time. The scale's not budging for me and it gets so frustrating. If this keeps up, I think I might be better off weighing just once a week. I'll see how it goes till end of Jan. and then reassess...

I I workout I hold onto 2 or so pounds of water weight. I don't work out and I gain weight. I am wondering if the eating out had anything to do with it. Was getting frustrated so did an egg fast yesterday (2 eggs over easy for breakfast & coffee w/ 2 Tbsp H&H; egg salad (3 eggs w/ lots of light mayo) for lunch; 2 eggs over easy for dinner w/coffee & 1 Tbsp HWC, plus lots and lots of water all day). Good news is that I dropped 2 lbs. overnight and am hoping it will stick!
