Everybody is doing great Had a glass of wine with hubby last night. It was nice. I have one more glass for Saturday night then probably nothing until Valentine's Day Legs started cramping last night so took and double dose of vitamins. That helped. I need to look at what I can eat that will help with that. I use to have spinach with my eggs in the am, but ran out so hopefully I have something in the house to use.

Hello lovely ladies. Drank my water last night and hit the gym after work. Only saw a pound up, so the water is helping. Ate on the run this morning so it was coffee with cream, almonds and a beef stick/cheese. Gotta eat clean rest of day.

I lied about eating clean. Was so hungry and tired I went to kfc and got a double down. Not the worst choice, but I could of went home and made eggs.

I knew I would be back up. I go up and down daily. Not to worry though. I look at the big picture to see if over all I am losing. Ok so far. My little goal was to get to 157 by Tomorrow. Probably not going to happen with the water weight. I will give it til Sunday, then new goal for next week. Maybe 155 by Friday? Keep on trucking

Next weigh in is on Monday. I'm starting to drink more water but i'm skipping the gym and getting lazy with that again. I need to go right after work and last night I went out to dinner.

I ate "clean", but I realized knowing what goes into your food is so much nicer than wondering where the hidden sugar is.
