Whew! I'm finally back and weighed in! I'm very pleased to note that I am only up 2 pounds since the 21st, when I flew to London-- not back given all of the off-plan eating over the holidays!

My goal for this month is:
1) to lose 7 or 8 pounds, given my late start
2) to drink more water
3) to walk at least one mile a day

Had a not-so-good eating day yesterday, mainly due to being so tired from traveling. Back to a good routine today!

Daily weigh-in:
Tuesday, January 8 = 180

Menu (previous day):
B: bacon, mushroom and cheese omelet
L: skipped
D: cheese and salami (I was jet-lagged and crashed early)

Hi all,

Well getting a little frusterated, but hanging in there. I bought the ketosis stix a few weeks ago and have been testing 2 times a day. I know I'm a nut. I am in ketosis and haven't ever dropped out so all this gaining .5lbs daily must be water. UGH!!!! so fursterating. Will keep going.

Hang in there Pam and Angel...you'll be back down in no time! I'm sure it's just water weight. I also had a few up days and felt really bloated, maybe due to adding in extra veggies (esp. red pepper--my fave) and not enough water as I was otherwise on plan. Yesterday I drank tons of water and cut back to induction veggie levels and it helped, but it's such a bummer that I need to be so strict to lose anything.

I should pay better attention when i'm typing from my phone. LOL.
I skipped gym last night and drank about 70ounces of water and i'm down a pound today. So yes, I guess it is just water weight. But, it's still frustrating as I don't always get in all the water that I should.

Well figured out the problem. TOM!!!!! Jacqui I caught it from you Just kidding Was feeling like it was coming on yesterday, but it's not due until next Thursday, ugh!!!!! So this am first things, he show up. Explains the water weight gain. I just don't get my body. Oh well. I do have to say doing Atkin's and get TOM I am less moody. pcaltman, I hear you on Tom. I'm coming off 3 years of Depo. My body is going crazy, and i'm afraid SF stuff triggers my cravings even more and the cramps

Not going to weigh in just yet. Going to the gym seems to make me gain two pounds and I don't want the "head" game and frustration that comes with that. I'm always changing my sleep/ work schedrule I went last night and i'm skipping tonight. LOL I'm getting lazy

Here we go again with the weight up and down. I'm eating on plan but stressful, crazy schedule the past two days--not enough water or sleep, too many calories from veggies & fat, and eating dinner really late--all translates to feeling bloated and gaining weight.

Hope the rest of you guys are having better results.
