DP, you are losing. you said you've lost. yes, I know it isn't how much you WANT to lose but you ARE losing. hang in there and don't stress out. make small changes and improvements each day if that is what you need to do. text me if you need. or Amy, or anyone else. text us all at once, lol. you will get through this.

so I thought I'd take the pugs for a walk this afternoon for my cardio. wouldn't be intense but was going to get a decent walk in and enjoy it. I went upstairs to change my clothes and looked outside and ... raining. um, no. I'm a fair weather walker, lol. I don't mind a little drizzle if its not freezing but straight out rain? no thanks.

ended up doing 50 min. on the treadmill while watching 2 episodes of I love lucy.

done good on eating so far today. dh made some more seasoned cheez its today but I portioned them out for part of my lunch. haven't had dinner yet, but will use portion control there also.

Thanks stews. I ended up binging the other night and felt awful yesterday I ate well though and got in a good run. One day at a time right?

yes, one day at a time. I hate that I set myself back probably 2 weeks when I had a week I struggled. I messed up that week, then had to spend the following one relosing to get back to my low. but ... on the plus side it wasn't 2 weeks of gaining and 2 more weeks of losing to get back to my low.


dh is going to bbq chicken this afternoon. we decided to have our main meal for lunch when I get home from work. I am going to get a weight workout in sometime after that. then eat light this evening.

got my work out done. and post workout meal finished. need to go shower.

today's menu:
whey protein shake
whey protein shake (work break)
chicken (cooked on the bbq), green beans, homemade hashbrowns, spicy cheez its
whey protein shake, cheerios (post workout meal)

oh and I had a skinny latte this afternoon too.

Lol stews! Too bad no one really posts anymore if I start the thread ill make sure it's just for you

We had an awful night. Kyle didn't sleep at all. It was very windy and stormy and since the baby is in our bed he can't be. Dh laid with him then they slept on the couch for a bit. Of course Kyle didn't sleep in because he's too excited his friend is coming over. Ugg....now I a e to entertain another kid! I'm ready for nap

yeah, I keep checking to see if we are getting going again. every once in awhile we get something moving but then it stops again.

guess the time has come for me to not use the scale as much. seems my body has decided it doesn't want to lose weight (for now) even though I'm eating right and exercising. YES, I know its normal to not lose all the time and fluctuate. I just like seeing the numbers go down. it can get to me mentally, even knowing that when it stays the same day after day no matter what so the time has come to just get on the scale once or twice a week, I guess.

I plan on measuring again this weekend too, I think. I'm not measuring weekly or often. I hate measuring, but I did measure months ago so I figure its a good tool now and then for when I'm frustrated with the scale.

I know what you mean about the scale stews. I'm off of it until Monday at least. I want to see a new number when I do get on it!

Kyles friend is here and they are playing for a bit. Glad to have Kyle occupied because I have no energy!

we ended up going out to dinner. but I did pretty good for the day. came home from work and had a small lunch then we went out to my Dad's and L's house so dh could put in a light switch for them. on the way home we ended up at a mexican place.

my menu today:
whey protein shake
lemon greek yogurt, 2 satsuma oranges
chips/salsa and a few bites of bean dip, grilled chicken with mexican seasonings topped with a grilled pineapple, rice and a few bites of the beans, 1 tortilla. i brought home 1/2 my chicken.

oh and when we got home I went right up stairs and did 50 min. on the elliptical. my goodness that was hard tonight from start to finish, lol

no plans most the day tomorrow except coming home after work and doing a little housework after lunch. ds and his girlfriend are coming this weekend (coming sat leaving mon). My dad and L are taking us out to dinner tomorrow night but it will be a late dinner because dh has to work until 7:00. not sure where we are going yet. I'll see what sounds good tomorrow, i guess.
