Was it good lenise??

Stay on track stews. Remember how good it feels!

I'm doing well. Down another pound today. I'm just really watching portions and hunger cues. Still working on cutting out processed stuff. I'm going to start walking next week after family leaves and will get back to weights once I have my 6 week check up.

Yes, the movie was really good. I really would have liked to have seen Lincoln, but my ds preferred Jack Reacher. I'll probably have to wait for the dvd.

Need to get some more sleep. Only slept for about 3 hrs so far

Catch you later!!

hope you got some sleep, Lenise.

so I have dinner all ready and in the crock pot to turn on in the morning. will just have to cook some pasta to add to it before we eat. also, need to buy some bread to go with it. i forgot to put it on my list and dh NEEDS bread with soup, lol. I may have dh do the pasta part. I have my 90 min. massage at 3:10 followed by the chiropractor. I should be home by 5 but he has to leave for work at 6 so if he can do the last of it then he won't have to just eat and run too quick. the recipe I made makes a LOT. I have a big crock pot and it doesn't all fit, lol. I put most of it in the crock pot leaving a little room to be able to stir and also add the pasta to it at the end. I put the last little bit in a small pot and it is simmering on the stove. that way its basically ready to eat and I can just add all the left overs together. I'm sure dd22 and her roommate will get some to take home and I may freeze some too.

I even got the kitchen cleaned up from the cooking (dd23 would be so proud ). got a shower so getting ready in the morning will be easy.

I think I am going to do three protein days to get myself back on track. Tom is due soon and all I want to do is eat. It hasn't been this bad in a long time. I just haven't been able to stop.

I had my yogurt/oat bran mix just now. Dinner is going to be burgers and chicken sausage. Making the family fried potatoes also. Lunch will be scrambled eggs with turkey.

Going shopping and to my Grandma's house tonight.

I was hungry when I got home, so I had a cold burger, piece of sausage and some turkey/cheese. Will probably have some yogurt later!

our soup was good but put too much pasta in it so it wasn't very soupy, lol. still very good flavor. dd22 came over and tasted it and said it is amazing. i sent a bunch of the leftovers with her. kept enough for a meal for both of us if we want and a lunch for dh and there also is some of the soup without the pasta for me to put in the freezer for another time.

I didn't do so great either. what is WRONG with me? why can't I keep doing good for a long time frame? sheesh.

I'm meeting my dad and his wife for breakfast this morning. i don't really feel like it but my cousin and his wife are going to be there too, so I feel i should go. I'm pretty sore this morning (I expected it. she worked me hard at my massage yesterday which was needed, but it will take a few days to feel the full affects from it. usually I'm a little more sore the day after then start improving and in a couple days I'll be better than before I went in.

oh and my dh better hope I don't see a dog that NEEDS me. he told me this weekend he wanted another gun. I said jokingly if he gets another gun I get a puppy! he told me yesterday he is ordering the gun. so while we were relaxing before he left for work I looked at Hunter and asked HUNTER "What kind of baby brother do you want?" bwahahahahahaha.

well. last night dh called me from work to say good night and asked if I found me a dog yet. I was all I'm LOOKING (sort of am, but not really sure if I should do it. 3 dogs will have us outnumbered, lol). anyway, I said something to the affect of you are buying more for protection, I should be able to buy my protection . he said, I didn't say no. I was all, huh? you did the other day. he replied "that was different". really? so great, the one of us that was being practical when the unpractical one (me) was tempted just basically gave me the go ahead *snort*.

oh and I don't really know how kadie will handle it. it could be good if Hunter and the new dog become close and bug each other instead of kadie all the time but it could back fire and they both end up bugging kadie, lol.

Ohh! Would you get another pug?! Ill start thinking of names

We can do this together stews I've decided that come Wednesday I'm going low carb. I've looked into it and breast feeding and see only good things. Ill have to grocery shop and get ready but I want this weight off. I'm at that awkward stage where my maternity clothes are too big but my regular clothes are too tight.

I don't think so unless the perfect one just happened to fall in my lap. I'm kind of thinking a bigger dog. not BIG but more medium size. after all it is for protection you know *snort*

I really am mixed. I WANT one but do I really? I'm trying to be strong and practical...he wasn't supposed to stop saying no, LOL!

back from breakfast. I went and did a little running around after. then came home and got the dogs and went for a walk down the street to wilco. they needed their nails clipped and since its a nice day I walked down there instead of loading them into their kennels and in the car (we don't let them run free in the escape with the leather seats. its hard sometimes, I'd like to but I don't want the interior all scratched up. I also bought another double leash. we had one but we lost one part of it. watch, I'll find it now that I bought another one, lol. they are kind of a pian but easier than using 2 separate leashes.

Totally off the wagon again today. Grrrr... Tomorrow we have a 2.5 hour drive. I'm going to do my best but I'm having wicked cravings. I think I might attempt lc when family leaves simply to get rid of these cravings

waaaah, the pretty dog is not neutered. I'm very leary of getting a male dog that was not neutered when they were a puppy. I mean, he's not old but he is definitely way past the age recommended for neutering before the behavior sets in that some un neutered dogs exhibit. I want him, but probably too big of a risk. I don't want to have to untrain those types of behaviors if he has them. what are the chances an un neutered male dog doesn't have ANY of the behaviors associated with it, you know?

I did low carb two days and felt pretty good. But dummy me didn't take lunch to work last night so I bought a sandwich and chips. I felt awful afterwards!!! Back to lc tonight. Had a burger and some scrambled eggs for dinner. Going to take some turkey lunch meat and yogurt to work tonight. Not going to make the same mistake tonight!!

enjoy your morning. I did good yesterday. dh and I shared a medium pizza. but that is most of the food I had all day. I had a little in the afternoon but nothing bad and just a little. at least we didn't order the large pizza and eat most of it ourselves, lol.

I did it. I didn't want to but I DID it! got myself back in the work out room. i meant to all last week but never made it happen. I told dh I HAD to get in there today. he sad him too. so the day kept going longer and longer, it was after one and we were still sitting here in our lounger clothes, lol. dh got in the gym and I ran to the store for a few things I wanted (cream and yogurt) ... uh, I did get dressed first .

came back and had a sm. yogurt then shortly after did a leg workout. tell you what...it is a short work out but afterwards coming down my stairs they felt like rubber, lol. I've dreaded this workout for over a week. I really REALLY hate leg workouts. arms i don't mind so much but lower body I despise. anyway, done! and I haven't eaten junk today either.

I'm not doing lc still. I am just trying to get back to mostly healthy choices and portion control. I'm feeling much better yesterday and today. it helped to have dh home for a couple days. hopefully when he's back at work I will be able to continue.
