Strawberry Sorbet
Food process Frozen strawberries and stevia. Once they're pretty ground up, start adding sparkling water (flavored is ok) until it becomes creamy and smooth...you can add lemon juice...I don't but it would be ok

Meat Balls
lean ground beef (100 gr) melba or grissini and Italian herbs, add a little egg white and some tomatoes...mix and shape into meat balls...mix remainder tomatoes with herbs and spices, garlic etc...pour over the meat balls and bake
I made the meat balls ahead and reheated...I loved them

A beach is the best way to divert your attention from food! I want to be on the beach too I will pretend that white stuff is just sand.

Ok, back from the beach. Still holding strong.

DH and I are going to the movies in about an hour and I told DH I don't want to eat anything at the movies or for dinner, this way I won't go back on my word since I already told him. lol

Hunger is not too bad. I'm gonna have some coffee.

I did it! Made it through a full day of fasting! I feel better already. I didn't weigh yesterday so I'm not sure how much I lost during my fast, but I'm a pound less than I was on Friday morning, so I'm guessing I lost at least 2 or 3 pounds.

Going to continue the fast until dinner tonight. Hopefully.

JEALOUS ....been off coffee for three days...getting geared up for the juice fast...juice and water only.
I have been juicing but also eating mostly vegies, but some meats, while getting used to this. Juicing has really kept me satisfied so I haven't been eating much. Today I was really hungry and my juice was kind of gross so I ended up doing my last hoorah...I went to Subway and had a sandwich and filled my void from three days of eating mostly fruits and vegetables...and most of it juice.

Great job sticking to the fruits and veggies! Are you finding that the weight is coming off? Cause i love fruits and veggies and I always feel like I'm cheating when I eat fruit. lol

I'm anxious to hear how you do on your juice fast! And that's awesome that your juices are keeping you full! I should really try it one of these days.

Ive lost weight in the past on a raw diet, lots of raw fruits and veggies, nuts, etc. would be similar to the juicing. Some raw people do juicing. I kept to 90% raw, the rest was my protein, etc. don't do raw meats! LOL I have done a few weeks every summer to get the wanting fruits monster tamed! LOL remember that with all that fiber, extra potty trips needed...and you best not try to hold it! Why I went back to LC at end of summer

Is it too late to join this challenge? I made the decision this morning to stay strong on target of eating LC, and I know I will need some support along the way!

I had knee replacements over the summer, and went from 255 down to 205 - the pain medications took my appetite away, which led to the big weight loss. Well, I'm not taking the pills anymore, and my appetite returned strong, and the weight is creeping up - I now weigh 220, and can't go back to where I was, so need to get on plan and quick! Would love to join you guys; good luck to us all!

I keep eating but I am not gaining

OH...and I really need to stop watching documentries cause now I can't bring myself to eat meat!
