Welcome to the January Edition of the Daily Weighers Thread. This is for those of us who weigh daily and hopefully are learning why we have those fluctuations and can look at the whole month as a success as we record our weight every day.

Goal for jan is to lose at least 10 lbs
I am only 5 feet. So my goal is a little less . I have 10 lbs to lose. I have plateaued and these last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose!

I haven't posted since 12/26....Santa brought me the Jewel Quest 2 pack ~"The Sleepless Star" & "The Seventh Gate" and I could not leave them alone. I finally finish both last night. Fun game if you like Jewel Quest games :)
