Welcome to the January Edition of the Daily Weighers Thread. This is for those of us who weigh daily and hopefully are learning why we have those fluctuations and can look at the whole month as a success as we record our weight every day.

I am only 5 feet. So my goal is a little less . I have 10 lbs to lose. I have plateaued and these last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose!
