Thank you....but you have no idea how I can't lose weight and even if I do I can't keep it off....when I first joined here in 2010. I weighed 295 there abouts.....and look at me now grrrrr...so I am trying to keep it a simple goal..what a battle...

LOLOL!!! I lose a nice chunk of weight the first week of a diet...I take my water pills faithfully and all is right with the world...then the 2nd week and beyond, is unbearable.. especially since Sunday I cook a few dishes to last for a few more days...and so I have a nice gain Monday...and then it is not as fast in coming off...it's a vicious battle..
But you will see on Monday it slows down a lot...hoping not of course.. but it will |
