Thank you so much Mischale.. my weight is so up there, its easy at first for a nice chunk.. it's me who doesn't stick to a plan long enough to see it thru... and now I am gaining weight because of the ration of crap going on at my hub's job.. that it's so bad the union is being called in for help and it's bad, it's being called a hostile working place..and I turn to food, which I have been.. but I have to remember that I did do well at first .. just not the past few days.. I am just so edgy and stressed.. SO I need to turn to walking or pacing and not food..

Anyway good luck to you!!!! And thank you so much for the compliment again...

Melinda you are soooooo not alone! Thus the reason I am here. I feel like such an addict. I am 41 and back in school - I got a grade on a quiz yesterday that sent me into overload (over a quiz) - I stayed up late last night eating cereal, box of macncheese, gummy worms,,,,and thus sick and slept on the couch...while I watched recording of intervention show! I have GOT to get a grip seriously! My "addiction" is spiraling out of control. I have to stop. The slightest little stressor sends me over to food...so I totally get it! So sorry about husbands job...omg that is stressful I know...hoping we all can help each other..maybe we should do a thread for "stressing the freak out...need to get it out so I dont eat" hmmm...

Mischale.. I know what you mean.. I turn to food immediately.. other people say oh I am so stressed I can't eat.. OMG that's when I run to the cabinets for anything salty...I am here for you.. we can do it...I am on the west coast, so it's barely 9am.. I am just drinking iced coffee and doing some walking....if we have to take it minute by minute, then so be it... that's what we will do....
