Okay, we are going to be getting tough here. No more mamby pambiness!(Thanks Lizzie for one of my favorite LC phrases!) No more excuses! We are going to run this challenge till

Valentines Day

. 6 weeks to go! Long enough to see results. Short enough to stay on track!

Drop that cookie!

Start now!

No more endless carb binges. No cuddling under our snuggies while we grow bigger! We will be shrinking and ready to look smokin' for Valentines Day!

The first weigh in will be Thursday, January 3, 2013. The last will be

Thursday, February 14, 2013. 6 weeks to a better you!

If you forget to weigh in, do so as soon as you can. We are a friendly, fun loving, supportive group, but we will be tough on each other to get results!

Hoping to get reenlistments, and all new enlistments are welcome as well!

I've been doing it most of the past year and had great success until Superstorm Sandy knocked me off my game--been off plan for about two months and just restarted. Six weeks of focus and mindful eating is exactly what I need to commit to. Thanks!

We're still on "vacation" here until Monday.

Hi all! I'm hoping to lose 5 pounds in the next six weeks--half of the ten pounds I gained back in the last two months. Been back on plan for 5 days and feel so much better already.
