Looks like most everyone (except me) has maintained or lost- WTG. Even though I gained this time, I am down from Monday's 195 and I've been on plan for three (this is my fourth) days. Hope to get outside this evening and walk/jog a little.

So this was my first challenge and I squeaked down a bit and maintained it, but I also feel like my head is back in the game. I'm going to carefully record my food intake during the next six week challenge and see if that helps.
