Good morning ladies!

I've got a mess to deal with today both inside (the usual) and outside my house (snow) and DH just woke up in a foul mood. Given these conditions, I feel I must take a cue from Margaret and declare today "No Sabotage Saturday." I will repeat the mantra as needed: I will not eat off plan/I will not eat off plan/I will not eat off plan.

I am joining the Saturday mantra train with Morbid and Margaret. I have an extra child (four isn't enough?) to take care of, a teenager to get ready a winter formal, a dog that has to sit in her kennel because the extra child is terrified of animals, and... I need groceries! I am out of most low carb things. Ahhh!!! I think I can, I think I can- I will not eat off plan!

Jill, you are dealing with a lo there! Emergency LC foraging is necessary! Find what you have and put something together. I like bowls of slop! LOL a bit of this, a bit of that, usually stir fried. Got any tuna? Eggs? Cheese? Frozen LC veggies? Nuts? Just eat a hank of butter! LOL the fat will carry you over. Add butter or other at to whatever you find. It will help you get through it!

Emergency LC rations air drop for Jill in planning!

I'm in the middle of a two-day event. My father-in-law just turned 80, so today we had a brunch for him and some family members who flew in from out-of-state. Tomorrow, those same family members (minus FIL) will be back for another brunch to meet up with the local family members that FIL doesn't talk to anymore..... FIL doesn't know about it. Keeping that from popping up all morning was stressful.

Thank you Kitty! I receieved your rations!!! Extra kiddo picked up, hubby came home from work and I hit the grocery store. I did find some rationed hard boiled eggs and ham to tide me over. After shopping I got home and fried up some of the BACON from your food drop, with a *tiny* bit of onion, butter, and cabbage. Mmm, mmm, mmm. So worth the wait!!!

I made it through without sabotage. How about you Morbid??? I'm pulling for you! And Margaret, sounds like you have quite the challenge on your hands too!!! The family drama AND the brunches! Good luck!

Dangit- giant muffins are killer! Hope you had no issues getting back on plan today Margaret.

My mom made me a low carb cheese cake from Food Network. It was amazing. I can't wait to have another 7 carb slice tomorrow!!!

Jill- Glad SOMEONE is having success

Margaret- I always watch the Superbowl for the commercials and halftime show- I'm thawing a pork loin to roast and have bought the ingredients to make LC Puppy Chow- so I just need some lc veggies.

Girls, I'm making Key Lime Pie (HC version) and cornbread for our Dinner on the Grounds tomorrow after church. I should have signed up to make something I could eat- I do have the stuff to make pimento cheese so I could take some of that.
