Started a round of VLC today. Total net carbs for today is 8 and I'm feeling good. I expect by midday tomorrow I'll feel a little less enthusiastic!!!

Back home after visiting family (7 stops!) for 3 long days. Weight this morning could have been worse. Sick with a cold (thanks, Kitty ) and far from hungry. Hopefully a little chicken broth will keep me satisfied today.

I got through the day! My husband and I went out to dinner (local diner - nothing fancy) and I stayed completely on plan.
Then we went food shopping for a few things we needed and DH bought an apple crumb coffee cake!
We got home and he opened it immediately.
He asked me if I wanted a piece .... And then he ate the whole thing.!!!!....
Well at least it's gone and I resisted!

I...WILL...BE...GOOD...AGAIN...TODAY!

Frigid here also! We hit a balmy 12 today I think. With the 2 days prior being in the negative numbers (actual temp). Sitting in my living room with my Columbia jacket still on and I still feel like your cute little emoticon up there--- brrr!!!

I am staying on plan. I hope the weigh in pays off!!!

Freezing cold! And to top that, our furnace decides to play games! Ughh! Always on the coldest days it seems! Got alternative heat, but not the same!

I'm freezing, but staying on plan... ...and I'm fighting off a tiny cold and think I'm beating that too!
However, the weather is brutal and is kicking my butt.... I'm a wimp when it comes to the cold.

everyone! I've been AWOL! And shenaniganating, too! Superbusy plus fighting allergies!

ing for everyone up there to stay warm. It's getting up to 80F here in South Texas today. Nice now, but we pay for it in the summer!

I had a personal trainer session at the healthcenter today. Learned how to use some new equipment -- including kettlebells! And I managed 3 chinups on the tower! The first time I tried that a few months ago, I couldn't do a single one!

Gotta run get ready to leave for an appreciation and awards dinner tonight (don't know what they are serving ) -- it's about 150 miles from here and we need to get there early to set up a display table. Y'all have a great weekend!
