Day 4 for me. I have to keep my head about me tonight. Alcohol could put me on a slippery slope. Debating about celebrating with just the champagne toast. Pretty sure that is my smartest move

The scale budged a bit this morning - just a tad ;-( Hey but any loss is better than none. My day 2 went great. Its 7pm and that is my cutoff. No eating beyond this time, just drinking water. Day 3 here I come, and I expect some "loss" in the morning. Although TOM is close.... Hope everyone is doing AWESOME!!!! Let's keep going

Last night's party went well! I filled my wine goblet with water while everyone else had alcohol. I did have about 4 ounces of bubbly at midnight. Made good low carb food choices, no sweets except for the chocolate dipped bacon that I put on the dessert table! It made for quite a topic of conversation! And it was gone by the end of the evening! Funny thing was that I was never really hungry all night!

Great job Susan!! I did the same thing. Seltzer in my wine glass and a sip of champagne at midnight- and guess what... I had a wonderful time without overindulging!!

Good job Susan. I haven't started tracking calories yet but I will have to at some point

Day 5 going strong. Back to work tomorrow. Up at 5am. I have to be very mindful of tired/stresses trigger. Here's hoping

good so far, still a few hours to ago.

Yesterday I was a bit in ketosis and today just traces. Common ketosis.....common...

Need to get started on some exercise!!! Tomorrow is Wednesday and community center is back open - time to call about the fitness class and get some goals done!!! Making additional post it for the fridge now!!!!

so glad there is a new BINGE CHALLENGE

I have been doing quite well. even, with a few endulgences, here and there, they did not degenerate into binge behavior.I cannot allow myself to get cocky. Binge behavior is in my pathology. I cannot allow it to resurface....EVER. A new year brings new hope. I am beginning ATKINS '72 coupled with WW portion control, and some vitamins. I also must get back to physical activity. The last mentioned is the biggest challenge. But, if i cannot regulate my eating behaviors, nothing else matters. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Ugh hanging in there - TOM is right around the corner - Not good.
I read somewhere that if you have cravings during that time to eat more OMEGA3??? Well fish for dinner it is

I ate a few nuts today which I'm trying to avoid. Other than that I'm good. My beloved diet soda is empty so that will be an easy one to avoid.

I hope everyone is doing great!!!!
