i do love my rice cooker also

Had a bow-flex session this morning..have my bag packed for our road trip tomorrow
will be nice to have our camper van right here so if we do feel like grabing some fire-wood and heading out we can on weekends.

Im still going to yoga at 6:30 in the morning before our trip

Misty~I love steamed veggies too! Had steamed asparagus (in my asparagus steamer) w/VD meal.
Rocker sounds Nice! Curling...wow! There's a curling group here in town @ the Skate rink. Looks like it would hurt your back? Wear lots of Sunscreen? My face always gets red w/temp extremes.

CJ~Sounds like a lot of work still ahead for U!

U need some padded knee pads!

Scale isn't my friend here either!

Laura~SS U had a rough week @ work. Resting now?

Day off from yoga today. Whew! I needed a day off. Was supposed to go Skiing w/GF today. But, canceled due to the Yucky weather. We are blue sky, low wind type skiers!
There was a potluck party last Sat. for us 30 day Challengers. I had other plans & didn't attend. Oh, well.
VD was nice. DH gave me a dozen roses. A GF gave me chocolates! Dangit! And...I ate them all!

Day off yesterday was nice. Did some Hazels & didn't step outside...Burr-cold! Got into some cheese & wine last nite.

Scale is up this morning!

Pat you finally got snow? We are are in the path of storm Q. Snow ice sleet etc. got the generator ready and DH is making a run for extra kerosene for heat. Just in case.

Deb are you already gone?

Misty are you in line for this storm after it passes us?

CJ~How's the storm over there? Yup...got some snow but, not a whole lot. It was more of a wind/cold event. Ski resort where I ski only got 8"!

Was going to go skiing w/DH this am...but, I chickened out when I heard the temp was only 8 w/a cold NE wind! Heck to the NO!

Had to go food shopping this morning, can't believe the strong winds we're having. Took me about 20 min pouring hot water on the car door to get it open.

Pat wtg on -2 lbs. I hate the high winds, we usually don't get it for this long. Causes alot of damage. Our ski resorts a booming. Nice snow for them this year. They took a beating last year. I don't ski, I'm sure I break an important part of my body

Cheryl right now high winds but there saying snow storm for Sat and Sun. but didn't say any amounts yet. How much snow are you getting? Good idea on the generator, you sure don't need any damage with pipes.

Deb do you get every weekend off. That's nice. Did you bring your camper home?

Tx glad you got to pop in. Are you still going to the gym?

OH Misty i hate that when the doors are froze on the car.

Yes we get weekends off along with long weekends..its great..and i can use the releaf manager anytime

and YES our little rubber gypsy camper van is here

hope the easter long weekend is nice weather so we can get out to the lake..we will have 4 days off

Hi girls, sorry I havent been around but life and work have both been a bit nuts. I am trying to get back to me and have eaten on track for a week now and feel much better. Hopefully this weekend we will get out snowshoeing a bunch as its my birthday and we got a ton of snow the past couple of days. 35 or more cm not sure what that is in inches but alot..*L* Hubby is up the coast working this week and a week from tomorrow we head out to Florida and I am so ready!!! I hope you are all doing well and I will try and get in more and upon our return I am going to lose the rest, I have been this weight up and down since Sept and its time.

Hey all ! Doing ok here. On my days off..... Getting Shelby tomorrow and then taking her with us to my uncle's in College Station Sat and Sun. Family get together ! Hope it's fun. Both boys have to work and can't go.

Weight about the same. ugh...... need to get this off !!

Laura I get you on the , "need to get this off". I keep telling myself once spring comes and the roads are good again I can get out pole walking again and that will help. We can to this we have proven we are able. Have fun with Shelby!

We don't know if we will get to the lake this weekend. Roads are still bad here in the boonies. We had several inches of sleet mixed with freezing rain and a dab of snow. The big snow went north. We had some thawing today, enough to make it really slick when the temps dropped. We aren't ice road truckers ! But I don't mind. All tucked in nice and warm. And we kept our electricity! There were outages all around us according to the map but not us.

Deb where did you go? I must of missed that.

Pat and Misty I agree about the wind. It feels so much colds when it is windy. And it could blow you off the mt before you are ready
