Hi, are you still doing this? I just started this as well. I am doing one shake in the a.m. and a shake for lunch followed by a low carb meal for dinner. For a snack if I need one, I have boiled eggs. I'm going on a cruise in two months and really need to drop some weight. I'm also exercising as well.

Just started today. So far so good! Using the Atkins Advantage shakes.

I'll try it starting tomorrow, but will for the most part probably make my own shakes since I have all the stuff to do so here at home.:)

Let me know how it goes! I am sure I will use the Atkins shakes at times. I have a mocha/coffee chocolate one in my car now.:)

started this yesterday, but I have my meal( cooked chicken and a veg) for lunch and the shakes for breakfast and dinner. Found tons of shakes ideas online today. Dashingdish.com is one of them.

The Syntrax Nectar is awesome for this reason. I order the variety pack from Netrition - the shakes mix with a spoon or in a shaker bottle with just water, there are zero carbs and they have a variety of fruit and tea flavors in addition to the regular sweet dessert type flavors. I love most of the flavors. I originally ordered a variety pack just to determine which flavor I wanted a whole tub of, but I liked so many of them that I just keep order the variety packs - plus I love the convenience of just throwing one packet in my purse and having it when I need it.

I was able to stick with it though I did add in a few more low carb snacks last night than what I should have. Still I had a good loss. I was 179.2 yesterday and today 177.4.

Not a very good start for me, I was feeling way too hungry very soon after the breakfast shake. Normally, I only have coffee in the morning and am fine until lunch.
