5 POUND CHALLENGE" #101.....Join Anytime!

We take this one day at a time trying to lose 5 lbs., we will have all our names on a list with Starting weight, Current Weight, and Goal Weight. Just enter current weight and take 5 away and that will be the goal weight! It's easier for us to look at 5 pounds at a time, instead of staring at a big number! Join any time and post your changes when you can. We can do this!! A new challenge begins when someone loses their 5 pounds.

I was tempted to drop off, but I think this posting, seeing it in black and white, really helps me. So i'm sticking around! I'm down 3 lb from when I started my first 5 lb challenge, so it is working.

Come on in, Krazy--'tis the season--we're all looking forward to getting it in gear for the new year.

Down, then up, so holding steady, even tho' I've been trying to keep my eating near induction levels, and I am a hearty eater. I've been drinking a lot with holidays and being on vaycay w DH, so that is derailing efforts too.
