Misty - I send you lots of patience! I know how tough it can be dealing with all those people and trying to get your dad the help he needs.
My sister-in-law made the cake. It is her goal to someday own a bake shop and do that on a full time basis. For now, she does it from out of her home.

Good Morning everyone- So much going on with everyone, we All need to take a few minutes for ourselves to unravel the stress. If you get a 5 minute break, sit down close your eyes, in a quiet room (or even your parked car) and breathe (deeply)---concentrate on the air filling your lungs. When you are done, gently stretch your upper body, then stand and finish that wonderful stretch.

Well-- My store has cereal buy 5 for 1.88 each-I have manufactur coupons for 1.00 off 2 and 50 cents off 1-- I also have double up coupons from that stores 3 day sale add..in the end the cereal is normally 2.88 a box, I got each box for .68 each.. pretty good I think.. It takes a bit of reading and using the sales, with the coupons. But stocking the pantry and saving cash is a win win to me

Very depressed today, but I managed to get to the healthcenter for Pilates, a bit of walking on the indoor track (too foggy that early in the morning) and then a water zumba class. Ought to count the two hours wandering around, fighting crowds at the megasupermarket here.

Laura, the Victoria Advocate has the article about John on thier website now. The accident was actually close to Driscoll. He was almost back home. What it didn't say was he had just recovered from a kidney transplant. Just 5 weeks ago and he had just recently been cleared to return to work. His sister-in-law was the living donor.

Wishing everyone better days!

Hey all. Hope you are all doing well today. Not much new here. Busy day at work. Now home. Sam is tired cranky so hoping he will take nap soon. He has been a hungry little monster lately. Planning to get some Christmas decorating done this week. I also have to get the play for Sunday school kids organized.

Lory I coupon all the time and after you really get into it you save alot. But I only cut or print coupons for things I want to try or that I use or you'll get so many it hard to keep track. And I keep them in a note book that has pockets and I Label the pockets.
Tks for the tip on destress exercise I did it at the hospital yesterday and it worked wonders.

Tex hang in there Glad you made it to the gym, I'm sure it'll help with the stress your going through.

Had to work today, because some on my clients came back for Thanksgiving, but I like the extra cash for the holidays. Up 5 lbs with all the eating out I've been doing while I've been going to see my Dad. Yikes got to get it off fast. All the xmas parties are starting and that's where I messed up last year.

Christina you got to do what you said and do something just for you today. I've been doing it and it's really feeling good. Took a nice hike with the dog today.

Deb sounds like fun to decorate the lobby. Your tenants sound like they could be alot of fun. How far does your son live from you now? Maybe you could surprise him with a visit. I bet he'd like that.

So tired today. Was up from 4 to sometime after 5 with Sam and my sore tooth. Didn't feel like I had slept all that well before that.

I have a million things I should be doing, not a one that I want to do.

My take care of me thing for the day is to attend the work Christmas party. Let myself get some socializing in.
