The Holiday Carbsniper Battle II
Tis the season for holiday carbsnipers taking careful aim to do damage. Most likely you have been carbsniped in the past. The box of donuts dropped on the table in the break room, the home baked cookies left on your desk, ......It is going to get rough and messy. Together we can make it through and hopefully lose a few pounds along the way!
Join our group if you're looking for fun and support on your journey! The first weigh in will be Mon., Nov. 26 The last will be Monday, Dec. 31. This shoul lead us into the New Year in better shape than we are now! If you forget to weigh in, do so as soon as you can. We are a friendly, fun loving, supportive group! But we are willing to kick your booty if needed! Hoping to get reenlistments, and all new enlistments are welcome as well! Everyone is welcome no matter what plan you are on!!! Maintainers are also welcome to join in on the challenge. We are all here to support your weightloss/fitness journey. Any A.W.O.L. members from past challenges will be given full pardon. It's a cool, slightly damp (just sprinkled a few drops) morning but I'm off to the healthcenter! Probably will substitute a Pilates class for the water aerobics this morning but as they say, it's all good, right? ;) More of the troops should be reporting back in soon, Sarge.
