Well, thats a good Q!

For starters I am eating as little as possible.
Avocado's.
Venison
More avocado's and more venison.

I got a head of iceberg lettuce this month and just yesterday had a deer meat salad. I put half a avocado in first then 1 and 1/2 ozs hard cheese. Also 3 chopped boiled eggs. I used the meat I cooked earlier this week. It was a huge bowl and I saved a lot of it to eat later. I was going to get some carrots and celery and forgot. I used Dukes mayo with some ranch dressing mixed in it. I also had 2 ozs. of veggie chips.

I bought some smoked turkey legs.
They are hard to eat but very tastie.

I also ate a big ground beef burger this week too.

My CO and hwc in coffee with Stevia sweet drops.

Oh and a dill pickle a few times this week.

I also ate some sf choco. candy. It has trashed my belly. Every-time I eat sf candy I say, Never Ever Again. But then I break and throw a bag in my basket. UGH and DUMB.


That is what I ate this week......

It is harder for me to lose now since I have lost so much but not impossible. Just gota keep on keeping on....

I am supposed to stay within 2lbs of 165.9 so far I havent gone outside of that window so I am happy I have been able to stabilize pretty well.

Amy I was on Atkins Induction for well over a year. Some would say I was on it too long. Others would say I did good staying on it for that long. I have lost over 100 pounds. Close to 150 pounds.

Dr. Atkins said when we have this much too lose to continue on with Induction. Induction means less than 20 carbs per day. I ate meat, eggs and cheese. Also I ate 5 to 7 green olives. And very infrequently I ate a green salad, with EVOO and Bragg vinegar.

Also I ate Atkins bars and his drinks.

You have a small amount too lose. If you eat per- induction you should lose to your goal fast. But you must not let one gram of sugar, except what is in the shakes and bars, come near you.

Bacon and eggs and steaks is what puts me in that wonderful burn mode.
The half cup of loosely packed green keeps the TIM regular.
That link on Induction that is one of the ones in my siggy has a list of food to chose from. Also using his books, his first two, is key. You do need to read DADR and DANDR. They are why I am so close to goal.

Amy once you are on true Induction do not eat off it and you will burn stored fat.

okay day two with very little carbs......inpatiently waiting for ketosis. I turned down a lot of junk sugar at work today. It really wasn't all that hard surprisingly. Good job you all, I really would like to be able to breathe in my jeans and have no nasty spillover. GN-Amy
