Lived it up this past weekend in Charleston (birthday weekend) so I'm up 1.5 pounds today. Today's my birthday- 62- Happy birthday to me!

Hi Amy

How do you feel after being on your plan for a week?

My first week is so far back I can not remember how I felt after that first week. I do remember I was eating a slab of fried steak, fried bacon and eggs! I was dripping in tastie great full fat food! I do remember how great those steaks were.

When I had a steady loss going on I ate the same thing, over and over again. I am happy for you for sticking at it for a week! Post Post Post. It keeps the rhythm going. You are in a great circle of friends!

I have been staying up too late and it is making me sleep till noon!
Must get my days and nights fixed back. I love the night so much. I love the days too, but the night when everything calms down and the sound is soft and gentle I never want it to end.....

I've been out of commission with back problems. I hope everyone is doing better now. TC I'm sorry about your friend. What a sad, awful thing to happen.

I'm walking around without my boot today....(but only for a bit).
The ankle is still a little tender still (6 weeks later!), so I'll put the boot back on later and then wear it a little less each day. I'm also doing my therapy now and that makes it a little sore also.

Lizzie - What happened to your foot? I must have missed something while I was offline with the Sandy power outage.

Thanks Margaret. I am better with muscle relaxers and some stretches. No injury I can remember so I guess it's my disc situation causing it. Hopefully I'll be back in form soon. I'm glad to see you are on the mend! Great!
