My goal is to stay between 142 and 144.5 (the rest of my life) I've been 142.4 the last two days.

Finally sticking to my weight workout 3 times a week!

I bet you will be way happy too get rid of that boot! Isn't it weird how fast we do turn to fluff when we do a lot of sitting around! It sure do not seem like it has been 3 weeks!! Man time does flyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I feel for you because I broke my right wrist about 20 years ago. I nearly lost my mind. I felt pinned down.
I hope your 4 weeks pass fast for you.
Next time I hear from Marge I will tell her about your foot.

She is suppose to be able to get back on line sometime this month. Maybe this week. She misses everyone! And especially you.

Kitty your moving in the right direction! Just keep it up your body is used to ketosis so its not as shocking to your system. Just kutgw and itll come off!

just started p3 the low carb maintenance phase to lock in my set weight. Then on dec. 24-26th i will load and go back on the phase 2 weightloss phase again to lose the last 20 lbs. Sooo for the next 3 weeks i am supposed to stay within 2 lbs of my current weight. Lol so i wont be doing much losing during the rest of the challenge!
