Sick and tired oh yes I know that feeling for sure! What plan do you follow? I just started the New Atkins New You plan 3 days ago, I don't know if I will stay with it or not all the veggies are really messing up my stomach and I have lost little weight so far. I realize it has only been 3 days, but usually when I follow the older carb levels I lose about five pounds in the first couple of days. I need to find a happy medium as VLC tends to make me sleep poorly and mess with my hormones.

I try to stay low carb.......mostly by eliminating bread, sugar, most processed items, pasta. I dont know that you exactly call it Atkins.... but it is ALOT lower in carbs than what I am doing now... ALOT LOWER! I do think that non starchy veggies are good for you and I will try to get most through a smoothy type drink...... I will just have to trial and error....

Jeanie - your digestive tract will adjust eventually to the veggies and you won't feel so yucky !
