I showed Rob these last listings...and he's BLOWN away, of course by the prices...but also he says -Wow...that could be a lot of train track in that one-...referring to ML's fave, the Hampton one.
I swear...that guy has got train on the brain 24/7!! I had noooo idea that trains would be sooooo all consuming for the fellow. ![]() I think you could be onto something with the resell thought, on the Hampton property. ![]() Yeppers...bedtime. You're gonna need your energies for your scouting around tomorrow!! Have a Good sleep!! See ya tomorrow!! ![]()

Goodmorning Wednesday!!
![]() Boy it felt like morning time came quick!! So, for the Hunky it's just a 1/2 day at works. It's supposed to be stormy/blustery all day, so I'm guessing we may just hunker in for the afternoon. Oh ummm, I mean play -train- all afternoon. ![]() I'm going to consider traumatizing Kiki, with the all terrifying bath experience. She's lookin' like a golden girl...rather than the whitey that I know she is. So what's everyone else up to today?! |

Hello!
Nope I don't have them anymore, I did at one time, who knows where they went! ![]() ![]() Oh Hunky and his trains!!!! Yes he could have trains all over that house! They could go right out one broken out window into the next broken out window! That is a BIG no! huge house and half the windows were broken out! Sort of glad, I didn't really want to deal with 6 acres at all!But these on the other hand were totally doable! All need some work or painting but overall more what I am looking for! I snooped in the windows today, have showings on Friday. ![]() Bay City Homes - Property Search - 304 38th Street Bay City Homes - Property Search - 1207 Henry St S Bay City Homes - Property Search - 2015 Marsac

Goodmorning Frenzz!!
![]() I'm feeling remarkably well this morning!! Actually, at some point in the middle of the night, when I got up for a short time...I was like -Whoa...that banger headache is totally gone-!! Awesome!! ![]() So, I've been *Productive-Patty* this morning!! I've organized the closet in Hunky's train room, and spent time in the office...filing & such. Made the boudoir sparkle, fed all the peeps and made a new batch O' Tea. I -should- go get ready for the day...but Ace jussst got his comfy on, with me, on the couch. ![]() Loteage!! Awesome loss-a-roo!! That must have felt like a stoker!! Do you attribuate the lossage on your grapefruit goodness?! That's exciting!! ![]() I can't wait to hear what the ruling is on the other 3 properties!! They each look very promising!! ![]() Naty, your diet for the day looks good. How are you feeling? ![]() What's the plan today?! |

Hmmph.....but I like butter!!!!![]() ![]() Not on me though....so good riddance! ![]() Not sure on the grapefruit deal....but hope it keeps up! Whew...glad the headache went right on out the window! Tom was due for a little stay though...maybe that is what brought it on ![]() So the boss lady has her house listed with my CT and she got an offer today! Soooo...we went out to lunch to celebrate! I was pretty good though, 6 oz steak, broccoli, and side salad. I did have 2 cheese sticks though. But what I want to talk about is what a 6 oz steak looks like! *I* would have for sure thought it was only 2 oz!! Which means I must eat about 16 oz ones and think they are 8! Well! What do ya think of that? Tonight I am taking G to go sign up for 4H. Ball ended yesterday so its good timing ! |

Goodmorning Afternoon!!
![]() Tom & I are Frenemies & I hate him. Between he & maybe a little too much caffeine...I was up all night...just wide awake. Then Ace got up...I followed, thinking he needed an outdoors break...no, he needed to gurge all over the living room floor, twice. I fell asleep on the couch at about 3:30am, with my heating pad. All was well with the world, until 5am...when the entire bloody household was up & rarin' to go. BLECK!! I got back to sleep for a couple hours after Hunky left for works. But I feel tore up!! Loty, I hope you are bursting with all the energies you'll need to become a slumlord today!! ![]() A 6 oz'er?? What??! Alllllmost a why bother. Please!! Try-Try again...with like an ((additional)) 12 oz. ![]() Naty...that's really changin' it up!! I reckon -somebody- will be straight up jones'in on the meaty McMeatster in a hurry!! I had some Bacon for you today. ![]() I'd like to just go onto ebay & order up a kit to start menopause. ![]() |

Naty, I'd like to chow on the menu you've created, along with another side of Bacon & some Lasagna. And beings I'm goin' for it...Crusty buttery French bread too!!
![]() There was next to accomplishing of anything around here today. Even lunches were just kinda slapped together. Bacon, lil' smokies', black olives, and left overs of the recipe that tasted like egg roll innerds. Wha-La...Fancy!! ![]() Painted the pigs this evening. I used the pinterest idea of coating the nails w/some white vinegar. I really just don't think I believe that it'll offer any additional non-chipped days to the wear of the polish...but, it required very little effort...so we'll see. ![]() I napped a lot today. Now it's bedtime...and I'm not real tired. I'm gonna go read, probably just pray myself to sleep. ![]() Loty, I hope your day turned out to be a winner!! ![]() Goodnight!! ![]() |

That's Great that your little calcium goodie has some vite B in it too!! ![]() Loty, I can't wait to hear all about your adventures & how your house hunting is going!! You're one busy bee!! Goodmorning!! Happy Sunday!!
![]() Today is "change things up...big time" day. I watched a U-tube video called "Simply Raw Movie", last night. It's a documentary of 6 diabetics that followed a mostly raw diet & their results were quite impressive, as far as being able to cut out or reduce their insulin intake. So, I'm on board. They did the challenge for 30 days. I haven't thought that far through to see where I plan to take this. The changes I made so far this morning...was removing the HWC from my coffee. I was macho, and took it straight. The folks on the show actually removed all caffeine from their diets as well, so I suppose I'm already not following it exactly right. I would be willing to cut that too, if I have to. Normally I'd have a LC yogurt w/add flax for breaky. Today was a handful of walnuts and a scoop of my vile super green shake mix. ![]() I decided that I'd start using my journal, to track this experiment. The folks on the movie cut their insulin by 1/3, right at the get-go, simply because their carb intake would be so much lower than it normally would be. I don't know that mine will actually be that much lower...as I already was pretty low carb...and veggies are not exactly void of carbs themselves. I'll tweak the dope as I go. From what I gathered, their diets eliminated meat, dairy, eggs, sugar, flours, processed foods, caffiene....and instead was made up of RAW veggies, fruits, grains, legumes, seeds and nuts...and none of it cooked beyond 116*, if cooked at all. For diabetics, they suggest that you also cut the fruit and the grains, because of the insulin spikes they create. Whoa...radical. So...who's in?! ![]() Aaaaahhhh....got -real- quiet in here all of a sudden!! ![]() Gonna think about churchin' it up this morning. What are you guys up to for the day?? |
