well no more guess avoid bacon too n sausage ..try stick to
real...lol but question i have is

is processed low carb better then real food like milk or onions higher carbs?

for example :

steak w/ carmalized onions carbs= 10grams

or
steak w/ velveeta cheese carbs 2-4 grams

would be better to eat real no matter
?

Well I suppose it all depends on your eating priorities. I think everyone has different ideas on what is *right* Just all depends on you!

I try for more real but do occasionally add a processed food. A couple of dishes I make need cream of mushroom soup, or velveeta goes into my white chicken chili, and the kids eat cereal most mornings. I would say in reality overall we eat about 90% real though and as much organic as I can buy.

Last night I ran through the grocery store on the way home, my daughter had a serious hankering for pistachios, anyway they had marked down the organic milk to $3.29 and I grabbed 5 gallons! I am freezing them

But thats my families priorities. If your more carb focused then make choices based on that!

Naty, it sounds like you had a nice & relaxy day planned. I hope it went like you hoped.
I think a person can get away with doing LOTS of cardio. From what I hear, it's a good idea to alternate the muscles that ya work out. Give them a chance to rest/repair & then go at it again.
As for the bacon & sausage. I think it's a good idea to steer clear of the added sugars. The salt intake you'd get from either/both products, well that's something to weigh out with what the rest of your diet looks like. It would be interesting for ya to have your labs done & get a good idea of where things are at. Also, do you have any idea what your fasting blood sugar is like. I ask because of your mention of thirst. IF you're getting in plenty of water & still thirsty...I'd start to wonder about what's going on with that. On the other hand...if you're restricting your water intake, for the sake of not wanting to add any weight for your scale weigh in's...tsk-tsk!! Drink up!!

YO~Goodmorning Girlz!!

Just about to go pull myself together for the day. Once the Hunk returns from his bible study with the men folk, we're gonna bonsai outta here...headin' for the next town over, for lots of shoppy-shop time. On our way back thru town we're gonna stop by a redbox & get him a movie for the evening. The newest Bond one is what he's hoping for. Yay.

What are you all up to?!

Yes Naty, I think you'll feel better, more often, if you'd chug some more water & keep hydrated. It'll keep your system movin', help avoid the stomache aches, headaches & tiredness. That's likely just the language your body is using to say "Hey Lady, I'm thristy here!!".
Do it-Do it-Do it!!

Good morning friends!

Well woke up to maybe 2 inches of snow. Pretty but I am ready to get outside and play in the yard! Snow, snow, go away, come again another day!

A has a real sore neck, started last night. She is stiff as a board, probably from gymnastics. Must have pulled something. So we are going to skip swim today, she can hardly move it. I'm just doing some straightening up around here this morning, then we all need to get showered. I think I decided we will leave about 2. That will get us down there just before dinner to hang out with the fams for a bit.

What are you all up to today????

Hey, there you are, Loty!! Your day sounds well planned out!! That's a lot of visit time with the fam!! Do you guys play games when you're all together?
Poor A's necky. Probably a good choice to just kinda lay low like ya are, until it's time to head out.

I wandered over to the the Friday night drinking thread, for kicks. Sometimes those gals get goin' & it cracks me up. One of them was saying how, "No one ever regrets water the next morning." And it gave me a real chuckle, because of it's simple truth...and I thought -Oh, no doubt!!-...but then I'm thinking....ummmm, I guess Naty would be the exception to that.

Just funnin' with ya Naty!!

So....change of plans. ML flight is delayed 1 1/2 hrs. Now that is just tooooo late for the littles. Now we probably wont get home until around 3am So had to call MIL and see if she could watch them for me. And then...got out of the shower and A was sitting on the couch playing my computer. Well.....the dog gurged 3 HUGE piles right in front of her where she sat and then gurged in like 4 other places! I walk into her just playing away like nothing to see here! How how how does a dog vomit 7 times in front of you and you don't think....hmmm maybe I should put her outside?

Grrrrrr......she can be so scatter brained!

So I am way behind now, cleaned up as best as I could but And I JUST shampooed that rug! Good thing I didn't take the machine back to work yet!

OK....now I got that all out I am better!

Gotta go finish *finding my pretty* and head out!

Ta ta for real!

Al went fine last night, well besides from the terrible long drive

Had a fun night with BIL and SO. We got dinner and then saw a movie. Went to the Incredible Burt Wonderstone. I laughed so hard I was crying most of the movie! I will have to watch it again to see if it really is funny or I was delirious with sleep deprivation!

Going to get some brunch going and then ML and I have to study today. Have a test tomorrow at class. Yippeee!

Oh, I am sorry you were having a bad night!! We all get in those moods now and then.

Your probably going to feel lots better on more proteins and less cheese since your lactose intolerant. I would assume thats why your feeling so yuck! Steak and eggs look good to me!

i came to the idea talking with my mom its the cheese.. i can't digest so its causing like a blob of gooey glue n my gut causing it to either bloat or not allow digestive system to work well

took senna n helped but since its prob like how if u eat corn it comes out same as went in lol

well keep to it and avoid cheese today and its a
high butter
and meat egg diet lol

hoping works

Hey all y'allz!!

Naty, how ya doin'? Are you feeling any better? I hope your tummy settles down for ya. I agree with Loty, we all have days that are just kinda puney for us.

Loteage, I'm so Glad to hear all went well with your tripola!! That's Great that you all had a fun time with the fam & enjoyed a funny movie too!! I'll have to look that flick up & see what it's about...maybe consider it when it comes to Redbox.
How has it gone with you & your studly-study-buddy? Are you guys really studying in there?! I bet not!!

Our day was a bunch of mish-mosh. Took the kids to the park, went to Goodwill, where EVERYTHING...except brand new things...were 50% off, as they're moving into a brand new location next week, and clearly don't wanna pack up all the junk. Rob found a couple goodies...I didn't.
We zipped around town for a good portion of the afternoon & then pretty much just dinkered around the house for the rest of the afternoon.

Loty, going to bed to get 'yer study ON!! So wouldn't that be known as a book-worm?!
Anything to write home about...on the house huntin' front?! Is ML on board with the notion?

Naty, unquenchable thirst & hunger are both signs of diabetes. Have you had your blood sugars checked recently??

So I've been Martha Stewarting around the house much of the evening. This place nearly sparkles man!! I'm so caught up with most things, that I'll just go ahead & offer you gals a hand with your cleanings tomorrow...and you all can go do something else...something FUN!!
So what would you wanna do?! Oh wait, Loty, you may already be doin' it!!
