So, sometimes plans are just made to be broke, or at the very least...postponed. There is some sunshine out there...but a lot of that is covered by clouds, and that makes for chillyness. Brrrrr. So...we'll see how that all plays out, as the afternoon moves along.
I guess I have one more week to lose the 84 lb.'s...cause the co-worker didn't make it today. I'll work on it!!

Loty, I think your reduntant sheet washings are kinda in the *rain-man* category. The washing directly after they've been used & then reassembled...that one time...that's fine. That's how it -should- be. The re-do right before the next use, in addition to the previous washing...ummm...that's just OCD right there!! Plain & simple.
<---This is loving intervention. Maybe you could use your special essential oil spray concoction, for just a little spritz at the pillow case level, or in that room, in lieu of rain-manning out? Just a thought. ISSUES...-someone- has them!!

I'm Glad you're still lovin' on your special t-water par-fumy!! I don't give many compliments to stranger danger folk on their perfumes. I guess I feel too much like a dirty perv, to go around tellin' people they smell good!! So, I'm gonna guess that others are holding back for the same reason.

i notice from june when did exact plan

unlimited butter cheeses and marrow i was having 2600-3000 cals

yesterday 8ser butter like today n 8serv cheez n meats big norm breast 2 lrg per meal
and dinner tonight 3 eggs n butter 2 globs with lrg breast and 3 oz cheez mozz n coby marbled

so like b4 last year my personal pref body works with

40-45% p
50-55% f
rest carbs lol sweet lol

instead six meals tho doing 3-lrg broken up b4 did 6 and hated eating every time so larger works lol

never try 80f diet causes me=fat
never low cals causes gain odd need be a fat hound over 2500 mainly high dairy lol

thinkn getting cream and try lc coffee r in tea be cool or more bone marrow lol

Ahhhh, got a nap in!! We never made it to the park. It just never really warmed up enough. But, I did get all kinds of choring done & prep for the week, so I'm feeling really good about that!! Also got in a little bit of reading outta one of my books about lying. Yeah, just try me now...liar!!
I'm contemplating a -solo- trip to the next town over, for tomorrow afternoon. Shopko is trying to talk to me about some real cute capri's. I'll decide tomorrow.

It sounds like you're enjoying your higher fat results!! I understand feeling guilty sometimes with the food choices. It's just not easy sometimes.

I did indeed head out to the next town over & shopped the afternoon away...ALL BY MYSELF!! Ha!! I hit Petsmart, for some canned goods, for the kids & did a return. Ross, to see if they had anything...clothing wise. They didn't. Then I dropped into Shopko. I ended up finding a super lightweight sweater & some -spanks- unddies. WHAT?! I thought I'd try controling some of this action!!
I may have to post ya a piccy to show the sweater. I love how light weight it is. I imagine it'll come in handy for Spring...and maybe Summer too!!

I did a fat fast one time. You eat like 80% fat or something crazy...its hard to do! I added heavy cream to diet coke though and it was delicious! Can't remember what else I ate, I think cream cheese by the block!!!

OMG! The weather was sooooo bad I missed the turn I was supposed to take and ended up on some highway taking my downtown D-town! NO! NO! NO! I was having mild anxiety not knowing where I was going and the bad weather! Then i talked my self into a false sense of safety when I realized I drive a thug car anyway so I fit in! Black car, super tinted windows so nobody can see in and no one would ever know the littles were back there! As long as I didn't get a flat tire or anything I was going to be ok! Next time I will buy some of those fake bullet hole stickers to give me some street credibility!

I actually have no idea where I was today I was so turned around! I probably could have saved myself like 40 minutes of driving if I got off the highway but when you look around and all the windows are busted out of all the buildings you don't stop! Told you I am a boob!

ML just landed about an hour ago and him and his buddy are going out to eat now. He said the plane ride was terrible, he sat next to a young couple that made out the whole time! Clearly he needed me to flip the switch and I wasn't there for him!

Goodmorning!!

On todays agenda ---> Choring w/heavy emphasis on staying busy/active. Annnnd, occasional breaks, to read some of the library reads that others have put dibbs on & are making me return tomorrow.

So I'm down 4.5 lb.'s, since removing the fat maker Novolog dope, 9'ish days ago. My BS's are steady & lower than I've ever been able to keep them before, with just using the Levimir, long lasting dope, and keeping the carbage low. So Thankful!! & HAPPY!!
