Have you looked at the food porn thread lately?
That one looks like it might work. Looked on recipe site little bit, and found a aground beef and egg dish. I am not used to using cream cheese in recipes. I am going to have to learn. I don't think I have ever looked on the food porn thread. Do I dare go look?

I have never worried about lunch. Always just managed. But I am serious about losing some weight, so going to try and plan better.

I wish I could get motivated again.

Right now, I am feeling pretty good. I think the Raspberry ketones are helping with eliminating hunger pangs. Maybe if we can get you motivated, you can help me stay motivated.....

So you think the raspberry ketones do help?

I just started using some progesterone cream. Since my weight problems started at menopause I have been researching bio identical hormones. May help with sleep problems, hot flashes and moods etc. we shall see

My Dad passed away yesterday, so it's going to be a hard Christmas this year. Got to start getting back on plan and eating better. Looks like we all want to start again, new year will be a good beginning.

We finally got my DH's citizen stuff taken care of. He gets sworn in as a citizen tomorrow morning.

Still very busy at work. Looking forward to taking next week off for the holiday.

On Friday, I tripped over the vacumne and dislocated my right shoulder. In a lot of pain but dr says I didn't do any major damage to my tendons, just a few small tears. Need to wear shoulder sling for 4 weeks then pt.

Probably will not have time to get back on to check in until next week.

Merry Christmas to all!!!

You got me thinking. My parents are both 85 and that day is coming. Thoughts and prayers for you and the family. No matter what, one is never ready when the time actually comes. Take care of yourself. That is important too.

Yes losing parents is hard. I lost Dad about 4 years ago. Same thing as Mistys son. And I came close to losing Mom several times in the past year and a half. It is so hard. I feel for Misty losing a son and Dad.

We just had a light snow. But cold and windy. Wind chill is 16. A wind advisory with gusts to 50. Makes the cold go right thru you.

Happy and safe holidays.

Merry Christmas.

Well I got a White Christmas...even though it was after dark before it started. Woke up to about 4 to 6 inches this morning. Power is still on so that is good.
Had a good day yesterday and eve night was good. Asher did well with all the family. No crying I was happy he was very entertaining with the people he had not met before. I was afraid he would not be.

I'm glad it went a little south of us. We had some snow earlier in the week. I think Karen has had some big stuff. We have had to use the generator in good weather already. We keep having power outs from blown transformers.

We had a good Christmas at Moms. Stuffed. Took LD to the vet this am to get some skin lesions removed. I'll pick him up later when he wakes.

Gonna stick around the house and get some work done here

I don't know how to change the dates on the pic but Make it for January. These would be just body squats no hand weights. We could post how we do them weather we can do them all at once or have to break them up in 2 to three parts in one day...( I see myself doing that at higher numbers!).
They say squats burn a lot of cals and tone the biggest amount of muscles.

Had a great Christmas. Everyone came to our house and everyone had a great time with lots of laughter. I tried to take it easy with my shoulder. Most of the family would not let me do anything anyway.

I am up for a booty chanllange. My weight is up 7 lbs since Thanksgiving. Really need to get back on track so I can look decent when we finally get to go to the Bahamas. Looking at April or May.

I can probably change the dates for the challange. Let me see what I can do.

Going to rest the week away.

I created an excel spreadsheet that I am going to use to track my progress as I do the Booty Challange. I will take a pic from before and after. I plan on looking good by spring!

I tried to attach the excel spreadsheet here but it will not let me.

If I don't get back on here before New Year's, wishing everyone a safe and fun time!!!
