Girls nights out not good for diet. I ate a ton of sugar snap peas and drank wine, which I never, ever, ever drink. My jeans feel loose today though. Nice feeling! 20 days till Xmas Eve.

Sugar snap peas wouldn't be the end to it all though.

I think I have hit a new bottom concerning my weight and how I feel about myself. Maybe this is what I need to take action. I opened up the freezer take out an English muffin, but put them back. Now, hopefully it will continue.

Vicki..The freezer is a dangerous place...I buy bad things and put them in there for later when I lose .....now I have 2 pies and 2 kringles in there and pirogis. I walked right by those English muffins yesterday! I really love them..

Kinda embarassed to post this but I gotta be honest.

I weighed myself again last night and saw 153 again and was still kinda confused I managed to be there so quickly. So I stepped off the scale and low and behold the needle dropped 3-4 pounds below zero. You know in those older scales there's like an adjustment knob to make sure the needle goes to Zero? Well it must've been touched at some point messing up the readings. LOL. Sucks. But anyways, I'm still 157-158. Sigh. Which means I'm NOT on track to hit my goal of 150 by 12/31.

I remain in good spirits though and still happy about my progress so far.

Dang those old scales anyways. KUTGW. I don't remember if I set any kind of goal. My goal isn't a number, but just to get on the wagon and get a string of days put together following a LC WOE.

Yeah, I know LOL! I have an old dial scale that does the same thing. I am ashamed to admit this, but sometimes I adjust it a little tiny bit past negative zero, just to make myself feel better

All right, I am sick of the scale reading 184. It's time to get drastic. My mom will be out here on the 19th, and I WILL be 180. I am doing a strict M/E fast starting Monday, and I will NOT (oh how hard this will be!) have an evening cocktail all week. Sigh....

Yesterday.....Cold, rainy, a bad weigh day and I was ready to eat something hot and Carby!!! but I stayed kinda on track and cheated with some Dark chocolate and coffee yougart!

Oh but the buttery pasta was calling my name!

Sorry I have been MIA. I haven't kept up with the posts either, sorry. I am hoping now that Christmas is over I can get new resolve. I have been cleaning/tossing stuff for garbage and/or Goodwill because we may have a buyer. Anyways, I am hoping that reverse psychology will work again.

A couple of years ago when I got to my lowest weight of about 170, I eventually got rid of the "fat" clothes. Well, not too long after that, I started regaining. Now that I am back up at a new heavy weight, I decided to get rid of my "skinny" clothes, those that I wore when I was 170. Now, if history repeats itself, I will start to lose weight because I ditched the smaller clothes.
