Last Weeks Weigh in: 404

So, i fell off the wagon for a bit here. Life is starting a new chapter. I'm doing well at work (no jinx) i'm down a bit (yay paleo), I'm talking to a beautiful skinny girl, (weird), and i'm about to purchase a house. (awesome)

So just wanted to chime in I know it's been a while. And I hope everyone is doing well.

Eats and exercise has been good here this week. Not much else new to report. The weather is looking nice here for the weekend, so hopefully I'll get some good activity in.

Gimp - Congrats on the house and other positive events.

Anyone starting a new thread for tomorrow? or we keep this pathetic one? hehe

doing well here, finally showing up darker on ketostix, 2 days below 170 feels good, kind of playing it by ear right now as to when I add in carbs and start back with the exercise, most likely after vacation though

December 1st weigh in

Jan - 174.2
Feb - 165
Mar - 164.5
April - 168
May - 164.2
June - 166.4
July - 169.6
Aug - 170
Nov - 174.4
Dec - 168 -6.4 lbs

Highest for 2012 - 180 (mid Nov - due to a halloween candy problem)

Pretty happy about the whole year so far. Mostly stuck at 170 or under which was always the goal. Exercise definately needs to be increased. Work schedule and life has got in the way in the past 2 months.

Well I may as well continue on induction+ levels for the next 3 days before vacation. Plan is when I get back to get back on the exercise regularly and start toning up and losing weight the right way for me. I always feel better when I am in that zone.

Pretty happy about the results from Nov 13 weigh in at 179! 10 lbs in 2.5 weeks is great, I think theres more to go since I may be retaining some water from all the salt infused foods I have been eating. I should do the next 3 days on veggies salads and non processed meats to see if it makes a difference - even cut out sugar alcohols for that time too.

All I know is I didnt feel very good where I was, and am getting in a better place slowly every day. Which is what it should be about.

My diet was pretty crappy over the weekend. Eating well so far today. Hopefully I can clean it up this week.

Exercise has been good. Eating has not. The holiday events have already started - Lunches, dinners, happy hours and parties. It really becomes a grind every year.

Gimp - good to hear from you. Sounds like things are going well.

Ken - enjoy your vacation.

Monday weigh in

Nov 13 - 179.5
Nov 19 - 173
Nov 26 - 171
Dec 03 - 167 -4lbs

Not too bad at all. Still going strong, going to finish out tomorrow on LC and then wednesday all bets are off for a week. Clothes are fitting well, I feel great, its amazing how much less you eat when its not crap!

Will check in in about a week or so .

Kinda scared at the damage I can do in a week! No scales either where I am going. Dont want to undo 3 weeks of hard work. Will try not to go insane.

Take it easy

Ooba, Big D thanks, will do .

had a pretty bad week of eating here. got a few clean days in, but the others were pretty ugly. a small project at the house snowballed into something much bigger, so i got plenty of work in, but it also threw a wrench into my diet. cookies and holiday treats are just coming at me from all angles this year too.

Not doing so well either. Too many holiday dinners, lunches, etc.

My big contract is supposed to be signed tonight at the school board meeting. Hopefully everything will go as planned.

Wow this place is like a ghost town!

Back from vacation, weighed in this morning only 1 lb up! Bad news is the food didnt agree with me after 4 days and I was bedridden for 30 hrs. Plane was also delayed over 8 hrs which really sucked.

Glad to be back for sure!

Goal now is to eat low to lower than normal carbs for a few days to wash out the island food garbage, (and for my stomach to feel normal). Will be awesome to stay under 170 until the new year.

out of control is the only way i could describe my diet the last few weeks. i need to get a handle on things right now or this will just go on through new years. i've stayed off the scale, so not sure what kinda damage i'm doing, but i'm pretty thankful at this point that i'm not really noticing any difference in the way my uniforms fit. so, i feel like if i can get back on plan now, i'll be in decent shape.

ken - sorry to hear about you getting sick. i guess the bright side is only being up a pound.

big d - hopefully everything went well with the contract signing.

Diet still poor, exercise has been ok, could be doing more though. I hate to fall into that cliche of trying to eat healthy starting new years day, but at this point I'm really looking forward to the holiday's being over just so I can stop using that as an excuse.

Hope everyone else is doing ok. At least in January we usually get a little surge of folks here at BCC.

Hey guys,

doing ok here, supposed to start a new exercise program tomorrow called 30 day shred, was recommended by a bodybuilder , not sure if she did it or just heard about it. Looks like 3 different 30 minute exercise total.

hovering around 170lbs, hopefully wont go too far over,

hope everyone has a nice holiday. i'll be trying to clean up the diet wednesday morning. it's gotten pretty ugly here lately. i can't afford to wait till january 1st.

that's pretty funny ken. i've certainly done similar. when i was younger i got my first gym membership and hit the weights really hard on day one. couldn't open my arms out straight for almost a week.

Holla! You can see my dates in my sig have changed...I was in Israel for a couple of weeks, and went off the reservation. It wasn't a total rout; I didn't get all the way to, "Oh, screw it!" until a day and a half before I left, but I was amazed to discover I'd only gained three pounds when I got home Sunday. Yesterday and today I've kept carbs <20 g, though I haven't been on strict induction.

Feel stupid saying it, (but it's all I've got to report at the moment) my diet is still pretty crappy. I know I just need to string together a few days of clean eating and I'll be back on a roll, but I just seem stuck in a rut at the moment.

Doug - I can gain 3lbs during one rainy afternoon. So traveling to the other side of the globe for a few weeks and only gaining a few pounds, I'd call that a success. Good on ya, for getting right back at it though once home.

Seconded Doug, you did well for a trip that long!!

Plugging along here, was supposed to get back into exercise, but had to work some OT lately, and the mood in this house is not pro exercise till new years.

Have dentist today, so if I dont have a decent excuse I will try to get one day of the new routine done

Eating here has been so-so, not terrible which is a good thing
