Hello! Is anyone still **fasting** out there?

I'm starting a new thread because I just watched this documentary... Fat Sick and Nearly Dead

My "baby" girl is now two years eight months old and I haven't done a juice fast in two years eight months + nine months (LONG TIME)...

How's everyone doing?

Phibi... Sorry I haven't been on here for quite some time. I did pm you back a message last night. I haven't done a fast in quite some time.

Is anyone fasting? It seems like some people on the boards are doing an every other day thing.

I really feel best when I fast for 5 to 7 days, but I really enjoy a nice long fast. I have too much going on for a lengthy fast at this time. Maybe soon???
