Going out of town to grandson's first soccer match tomorrow morning and then to college football game tomorrow night (Go Cats!). Sunday, my husband, DSIL and DGS are going to see the Panthers play so I'll spend the day with DPD (dear pregnant daughter) . I traditionally have a hard time staying on plan when I'm out of town so we'll see. If I eat out the majority of my meals, I generally do better.

Last summer in my pool I was drinking tons of CO and melting....
That of course says to me I must find a way too exercise! NON weight bearing......


I felt good today. Had another Birthday to go to. We took a uncut fresh pineapple. Everyone loved it! I ate very little of it. It is recorded in my cal. site....

I also cut up some cheese.
I ate one ounce here before we left and one more there. With one or two ounces of the pineapple. My 3 yo. grandson said, I want some of that pine cone

The B-Day was for our now 19 yo. grand daughter-in-law
Our silly in love too young grand son took 11th and 12th at the same time so he could grad. with her.



I have to go back to my cal. site to add one can of cut spears and tips Asparagus Had to fill the void I felt. Heated it a little and ate it with a spoon.
I hope they enjoyed their cake and ice cream. I went outside and smoked.

My Asparagus was tons better!!!

I got on the doc's scale at 248 and about fainted!!
I used to be 290 and lost 50 lbs. The stall had been for a year at least hovering around 240. Now the weight is creeping up again. Too much Halloween candy out there to go this thing alone.

Yea that smoking is bad....I don't buy rolled ones anymore. That does count as a start for me. The loose tobacco does not have added nicotine or sugar or the thousands of other chemicals. Plus the tubes are not made with carpet glue!

We are going to work on trying to stop....I enjoy it so much!


Yes silly grandson did do both grades for her. Like life does not fly fast enough. He could have went to any college. What is he doing now? Breaking him back!


Losing the rest of my poundage is going to be sooooooooooooooooooo much F.U.N.

I found out yesterday adding extra fat is Not Do-able on this plan.

I forgot yesterday was a DD. I would not have done that had I had my days right!
Most of my kcals came from fat yesterday and I went over kcal number. Yesterday was a DD. Scale was up 2 today. Not worried. It will right its self. Had to try to see if it is okay to keep high fat with a DD, UD plan. And NO it is not. Going back to exactly as I was doing.....

Hi Mary Louise,

No, not doing UD/DD exactly, do you remember I was doing intermittent fasting? I was fasting 3 days a week so on those days my calories were low.
I quit that because, after several months I still was not losing.
I did the high fat lower protein thing with no results.
I have tweaked and tweaked until I can tweak no more.

I think I am going to have to stick to healthy Very low carb, no grains, no sugar eating and just give it time.
