LOSING WEIGHT IS FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I have kept a food diary everyday. I got over heated and almost messed myself up. Plus I miss stepped and back started hurting very bad. Felt no pain when I woke up, but now am feeling some....But not bad....
My last post of stats was 9.2

I would like to catch up and I hope ya'll don't mind, too much.

My goals are 1,300 on UD and 600 on a DD. I am staying under 20 carbs. Doing Ladder.

Within 9 days I had lost almost a pound a day. It has slowed down since then.

My DD's are going okay. I am having a problem eating enough on UD's. I don't know if it is fear or just not being hungry.
Something important is happening. I am losing and I may be learning how to keep myself from gaining!

Portion control and cycling calories are two very Important KEYS to weight control.





When I set my mind to it, I am pretty good at losing weight but, I can't type

Makes me sea sick to look at all of them there waves

I love this WOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

Pineapples have started coming in where we live. I got one to take to Labor Day get-together. H. loved it! He got another one and cut it up a few minutes ago. I took one small bite! WOW it was soooooooo good!

So far on the Ladder I have added 1 to 2 servings green beans and today I am adding one lemon!
I got a bottle of Stevia drops from the shop in town

I've just escaped but only after HE forced me to drink alcohol and eat potato skins this weekend. I'm up to 184.5, the highest in a good while.

Back on plan today and hoping to get this gained weight off this week.

Margaret, you and I are so close to each other in weight! Here's a challenge for us -- I'm leaving Friday morning for almost two weeks -- no scales, fast food places while travelling, Boy Scout Dining Hall food (I requested low carb, but we'll see what that means to them! ), and a planned banana split! Old Scouting tradition. You should have an easy time trouncing me, but I can at least try to give you a run for it. Are you up for this challenge?

My weigh-in date will be Sept. 25. See you then!

Well, hmmmmm..... As long as it's not the Biggest Loser Camp you're going to, I'm in.
(Although, I bet you'll get a LOT of activity. I'll need to step up my game.)

And I baked two kinds of cookies (chockie chip and ginger/molasses) cookies for a club meeting and had leftovers to bring home. Plus, dh and I just ate Mexican food with chips and margaritas! I've given you a great edge already!
