I am back from vacation and was able to stay on plan and lose 3 lbs. My BAB was only 20-30 gr of protein and still kept me in check. I did lots of walking and did not think too much about the food. I was able to stay on plan 100%.

Jeanie- glad to see that you were able to pick yourself up very quickly.

Starting to backslide again. The water gain and lack of scale movement led me to feeling unmotivated. Back to the BAB tomorrow.

Great job Marika! Are you going to stay with lower protein amounts at breakfast?

Jeanie- I think I am going to stick with my normal BAB for now. I am just afraid to lower protein too soon. It was fine when I was away, as I was busy and had no time to think about food. I might try it sometime and see what happens.

Sorry to hear you had a slip. That scale can really mess up with our heads. Get back on track tomorrow with healthy BAB
