My startind measurements...last updated a few months ago...
Chest 41 inches waist 33 inches hips 41 inches right thigh - 24 inches left thigh - 24 inches right arm 13.75 inches left arm 14 inches These are the average of 3 measurements... |
Thanks for the thread Paula! I'll take mine in the morning and post. I am not sure what my starting measurements were (20 lbs ago), so I'll just start with tomorrow's measurements.

I’ll be posting my starting stats Sunday morning, and from that point on coming in on each Sunday to list my progress or regress (hopefully not). By the way, do you want us to post just once and, continue to work within that post, or create a new post for our stats each week? I’d planned on doing the former. |

Yes, you will have to start a new post each time.
I never really took my measurements at first so I don't have original ones. Don't worry about us seeming twiggy. I'm sure some people have waist measurements the size of my thighs. We are a pretty suportive group and no one is going to be the least bit suprised by your measurements. No judgements here because no matter your size we are all dealing with the same issues. |

Thanks for the kind words, Paula and Jeaniem. Unfortunately, I let myself go when I lost my mom and sister to cancer, in a close period of time of each other. I’ve been trying to get my composure and get back into life again.

Tomorrow is my 1 week mark to re- measure. I peeked today and am not happy, I have gained!! I changed my eating to higher fat and lower protein the last few days, it helps with killing cravings and binge urges, but not looking like it will help my weight loss efforts:sad:

You're doing great callagirl! I'll post new measurements tomorrow, I feel really bloated today and don't want to get discouraged. I went to a family gathering yesterday and the only thing I could have that was on plan was broccoli and salad. I can not believe how miserable I felt from eating just vegetables most of the day, painful gas pains all evening! Glad to be home today and making my regular meals.
