Hi everybody!!
This challenge is right up my alley. I'm measuring every 10 workouts, I'm doing Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis. I want to get better with my food choices, but I'm living with family and it gets complicated at times. I've already lost over 6 inches with this exercise routine, even though my eating has been all over the place. My starting measurements: weight 164 r arm 11.25 chest 36.625 underbust 30 waist 28.5 hips at saddlebags 39.25 hips for sizing 40.375 r bikini 26.5 r thigh 25.25 r calf 14.625
