EXERCISE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WEIGHT LOSS!

All right, we all know that exercise is good for us.


Lets come here and post our daily/weekly/monthly or whatever exercise! It can be rock'n around the house shaking you money maker or getting down and dirty in the garden. You can be going to the gym, or doing 80's aerobic videos on beta or VHS in leg warmers (but if you do, please post pics!). Whatever floats your boat!

Come in and state your goal for the week, and then come in and post when you work towards that goal.

RULES:

-No pity parties when you don't meet your goal!

-Get healthy!

-Have fun!

My goal for this week is to work out for 60 minutes a day at least 5 times.

Dang it, I actually have to go work out now!

So far:

Monday: 60 minutes elliptical
Tuesday: 60 minutes elliptical

Really had to push it today. But I got it done!

Staring with the treadmill for at least 2 miles 5 days a week. I do some yoga for my fibromyalgia. If I can do it anyone can.

Glad you are with me!

I did 60 mins on the elliptical yesterday, but spent the day shopping today. I have fybro to so I sooooo know what you mean! I'd love to get back into yoga.

Tomorrow's goal is to do 60 mins on my elliptical.

Today's weight is 234.4
