I'm joining you ladies lol! I'm insulin resistant, so started low carb journey 4 weeks ago and have lost a total of 5lbs wish it was more as I'm currently at 185, but I know the inches are getting smaller. I am at no more than 20carbs a day...

Restarted CAD first of September. I am keeping track of weekly weights, and admit I was lying to myself whenever scale got up over 190, so the first weeks averages are slightly distorted.....

Nancypie...How are you doing? Have you ever tried the fat fast for insulin resistance..mac nuts and cream cheese..it is in the Atkins book. I think it is for insulin resistant people.

Karen...slow but sure is like Martha Stewart says a good thing!

As for me I am hanging in...will post loss or gain at the end of the month
