I went family over the 1st, so restuarants for 2 days. I am up to 185.5, but happy there and not higher. Back on plan today.

I have been for a week..too tired to cook, my DH has been cooking when he is home. He is making sausage and a cheese omlet for my breakfast.

Atkins has frozen meals can't wait to try them for luch at work!

Scale back up to 185 for 2 days. Could be worse, but I haven't been eating clean enough. I think the coffee with flavor is probably the culprit. Or herbal tea with stevia........
