Looks like you are holding steady and down just a bit also. That is pretty good for this time of year!!! Family dinners and meals at restaurants are hard on diets, no matter how hard we try

Anyone welcome to join me in this challenge.

I am currently trying just eating less........less carbs and less flour/sugar. Not counting at the current time, but may need to count later.

Currently at 188 lbs, and planning on checking in with weight at least 1x per week.
184.5 Yesterday. This would leave me with 9 lbs by the end of 2012. That actually COULD be possible. (If I got below 180, I would be in a good place to start 2013 weight loss) I will already state my 2013 goal. 160. Haven't been there since before child #3. That would have been 1992........

That seemed so attainable at the time I started this thread. But I am at least down some. My clothes are fitting better. So I am in a happier place than I was when I started this leg of my journey.

I agree. Just the two of us, if no one else tags along. We will go for Quality, not Quantity

Ate chinese last night, and it always has a bad affect on the scale. Thank goodness I don't weigh in until Wednesday.......

Deerhunter from Minnesota down, so he took us all to restaurant tonight. Oh, well. See what scale says tomorrow. I have had no diet pop all day. I think that is a major player with my scale. I had tea with splenda, but water rest of night.

Got up at 5:30 when hunters went out, so took a nap with GS this afternoon.

Resturants and Company are my downfall also. But I try to stay low carb with both.

Christmas week will be the hardest...lots of traditions Italian & Polish...means pasta!! and Breads!

This morning, I scaled in at 186.........again!!! But I was a good kid, and had 2 mozzarella sticks and Diet Dr Pepper for BF

I am guessing I can get that scale to go down by tomorrow......but it took just a little nudge to not eat a carby BF this morning.

I guess I would call year-end a Mini-goal, but I feel as good about where I am and how I am eating as I have in 3 years.

Maybe we can keep with this all of 2013, as well. And there, my goal would be 165 by the end of 2013. That would be .5 lbs per week average!!!!

I think we are going to do great!!!! (Too bad nobody joins us, but that is okay too)

Yesterday blew up on me, and I had to eat restaurant last night, but I did omelet with hashbrowns instead of a real meal, so I did hold it back. I ate food-conscious. And I drank water. SF drink is my Achilles heel.
