Looks LC, but low on fluids. That is the downfall of me, also.

No headaches...never have I guess I eat low enough carb..to not suffer...I will start to crave chips or crunchy stuff though..the chocolate is just to ease me into VLC.

You are doing good...keep it up we will survive and lose!!!

Yes, I do. I keep mozzarella sticks at work and try drinking more when I get that way. Try water when that happens. I keep fiber pills to take then also, to fill me up with the water.......

I have added Raspberry Ketone supplement. Dr Oz
promoted them several months ago........and I found them cheap. So just an interesting experiment. So just cruising along, and scale is NOT being unfriendly for a change!! 184.5 this morning.

Lovely weather here. And I called it a day off from diet.

Been good for a full week, so going to call today a free day, but try and be smart.

BF was Toast and Peanut Butter with Diet Coke. Don't think that is too radical. 90th Birthday party for aunt, and cousins I haven't seen in years. Have GS1 with me for the weekend and taking my parents (85), so MY food isn't my stress point. Not going to worry about it.

Going ok. No scale down, no scale up. And family events all weekend. So far, better than I anticipated.

BF this morning is more carbs than I should, but I was HUNGRY.........or chocolate craving.

You at least have a reason. Hopefully limited damage.

I had no reason, but today I ate carbs--salt was what I craved, I think. Sugar isn't my weak spot anymore. That is progress, for me.

I expected scale to be up again today. I ate too many carbs yesterday. But went down, so must have been more salt going on (or diet pop) on Friday and Saturday than I realized.

Not complaining, just noting for future reference........

I think this may be 2 months in a row that the scale went down, and stayed down.
