I wanted to try weighing once a week, instead of daily weighing, but see that its not a good thing for me. So I'm going back to daily weighing to see if I can lose the 1#@wk.

10/10 weight is 188.0

Wait!!! I was going to have to admit to a lb increase, but when I go back, I have been weighing on Wednesdays!!!! I have 2 whole days to recover from the weekend!! I am not giving up hope yet!!!

Kateee Hydration is key...I have been laking in that area..I want to commit to at least 64 oz of water daily.

Dang.................I still have 1 lb increase. I need to kick myself in rear. Nobody else can kick as hard, unless one of the horses gets me

I think water only would help me a lot. I just have a tough time sticking to that. I always make excuses or "one today wont hurt". Then tomorrow, I am craving it...............

I feel your pain!! I am holding still also. But look at the bright side. We still have time to get it going down by year-end, and the scale isn't going up very much

Maybe we need to either support each other more, or kick each other....

I would really REALLY like to be in the 170s by Christmas....

How is it going for everyone else? If I don't stumble, I have actually made progress this week. And I have been sticking to one coffee OR diet pop each day.......not two or more!!!

I think that may be a major key in my journey.

Glad to have you check in. At least we weigh on Wednesdays........I have two days of meetings on Thursday and Friday, so hopefully by next Wednesday, I can recover from banquet meals. So hard to not eat them when I have paid #!* for them in the registration fees.......
