Oh, yeah. Like with lowcarb, I avoid all of the foods that cause cravings...that type of thing?

That's why I was mentioning the idea of supplements, because FOR ME (and I know that my body is messed up so I don't expect everybody to be like this) if I eat any simple carbs, I want more and more and more and ...well, I have a carb addiction, so I would need some supplements that work for me (if they exist) if I were to do a not-lc WOE. If I didn't know that it's actually a physical problem, I sure would feel down on myself.

it does me too on the simple carbs

unfortunately I'm not lucky enough that supplements help any

appetite suppresants help marginally though

Speaking of food, I had 1600 calories yesterday and only 1500 today. I need to eat more, based upon past experience. It's really hard to eat a lot when I'm avoiding HWC, butter, and cheeses. Oh well. I'll see what happens after a few days. Maybe it will work with fewer calories?

When I was losing well, I was eating 2000-2200/day, as I remember it. With a high percentage of those from fat. I did find that the more fat I ate, the more carbs I could consume and still lose weight.

OH! A friend offered to show me how to go crabbing! There are so many things to do around here and places to go that I've never known to do. I can get crabs most days of the week less than a half an hour from me for almost free! Just the cost of a license, traps (or whatever they're called), and gas to get there. I am SO excited! I love seafood!!!!!!!!!!!
