I did it Melanie & I also did & right before you posted this to start the game. I decided I should do the exercise first before I tagged someone to start. I trully need some arm exercises so they were hard to do at first but I will get used to it. Well we all will get our exercise in for today but I WILL tag the"IT" person tomorrow.

I also got in my morning walking and will get in another 1.5 miles tonight. Come on report back as soon as the exercise is accomplished.

Did it Melanie! I did a combo of walking, marching, and running with my 2 year old. I kind of let him choose what we should do I worked up a sweat and slugged the water!

We were all tagged to be IT! I did my by walking around (this ole lady doesn't jog) outside, checking the garden with the dog, and watching the purple martins (3 houses in the pastures). Starting to down the H20 for the . Thanks for the reminder about H20!

I'm soooo confused! I can tag an IT if you would like and they in turn can tag someone else and hopefully that will keep us going. 2 people can't be IT, it's tag I am going to TAG someone tomorrow and hopefully it will get the ball rolling! This game is just extra exercise for everyone on top of any other exercsies you hopefully do on your own. Do I make sense because I am certainly questioning myself here? The challenge for today was for ALL of us to be IT and hopefully others that said they wanted to play will see it and do it and report that they did it.

Ladies- If you are not tagged just sit tight and allow it to happen, come back here and just chit chat about your exercises for the day and encourage one another to get somekind of exercise in. You can make comments and get to know others, that is the real purpose of the game.

Goodness you certainly upped my exercise for the day! Off to go do it! But there will be an IT tomorrow if it kills me and only 1 IT!

No I am tagging the IT tomorrow. Melanie wanted to get the game going so she tagged EVERYONE to be an IT! I am sorry this is confusing it wasn't meant to be, my fault I fear. IF you are tagged as an IT tomorrow YOU do the exercise and then report you did it on your journal and this thread and then in turn tag someone else of YOUR choosing to do an exercise or 2 or 3. You need to read the rules posted a few threads back.

Anyone playing Exercise Tag today was TAGGED as IT! There will be a new IT tomorrow and I will do the tagging. So if you are reading this please do the exercise Melanie said to do which was = jogging or walking in place for 5 minutes & = getting in an extra 8 oz. glass or H20. Anymore questions, ask away!

Again tomorrow morning I will tag the IT for the day and that person will go to tag someone else. If we can't get this going right I will shut er' down.

I did and in the pool -- thank goodness for the water aerobics and "noodles" classes I used to take. I can do all the old moves here in our own pool! I used "waterbells" for (and lots of other arm moves -- boy, can I feel them!) and am still considering the . It's not getting on the floor I dread -- it's just that getting back up is such a challenge!

was no prob -- I can last most of a Richard Simmons dvd. Still downing lots of .

Looking forward to the game tomorrow!

The water is wonderful isn't it? I am gearing up to get back to the gym myself to get some swimming in this summer as well. I hear ya on getting up from off the floor for the I too dread it but it must be done. Great job on the extra exercising!!!

I am "IT" this morning so I decided to do = 25 Jumping Jacks and 25 arm lifts each position with a 3 lb. weight(it is what I have for the weights). I also got in my morning walk of 1.5 miles with hubby so my morning is off to a relatively good start. Sitting here having my cup of Joe thinking about who I will "Tag" next. Decisions, decisions

Off I go to tag so be ready to do the exercise and then go to tag someone else and remember some people do not have a journal so you need to tag here on the Exercise Tag Thread, do you have that? I certainly hope so. When you are tagged let us all know by posting here that you were the "IT" and got tagged and go on to tag someone else. I hope all of this makes sense to all of you, if not private message me and I will try to explain more.

Let the game begin!

BTW- I made the tag this morning so no one else play unless you were tagged! You can come here and chit chat with one another about your exercising and get to know one another.
