I did it Melanie
& I also did & right before you posted this to start the game. I decided I should do the exercise first before I tagged someone to start. I trully need some arm exercises so they were hard to do at first but I will get used to it. Well we all will get our exercise in for today but I WILL tag the"IT" person tomorrow. We were all tagged to be IT! I did my

Anyone playing Exercise Tag today was TAGGED as IT! There will be a new IT tomorrow and I will do the tagging. So if you are reading this please do the exercise Melanie said to do which was
= jogging or walking in place for 5 minutes & = getting in an extra 8 oz. glass or H20. Anymore questions, ask away!Again tomorrow morning I will tag the IT for the day and that person will go to tag someone else. I did
in the pool -- thank goodness for the water aerobics and "noodles" classes I used to take. I can do all the old moves here in our own pool! I used "waterbells" for (and lots of other arm moves -- boy, can I feel them!) and am still considering the . It's not getting on the floor I dread -- it's just that getting back up is such a challenge! was no prob -- I can last most of a Richard Simmons dvd. Still downing lots of .Looking forward to the game tomorrow!

I am "IT" this morning so I decided to do
= 25 Jumping Jacks and 25 arm lifts each position with a 3 lb. weight(it is what I have for the weights). I also got in my morning walk of 1.5 miles with hubby so my morning is off to a relatively good start. Sitting here having my cup of Joe thinking about who I will "Tag" next. Decisions, decisions ![]() ![]() Off I go to tag so be ready to do the exercise and then go to tag someone else and remember some people do not have a journal so you need to tag here on the Exercise Tag Thread, do you have that? I certainly hope so. When you are tagged let us all know by posting here that you were the "IT" and got tagged and go on to tag someone else. I hope all of this makes sense to all of you, if not private message me and I will try to explain more. Let the game begin! ![]() BTW- I made the tag this morning so no one else play unless you were tagged!
