Welcome to the May Edition of the Daily Weighers Thread. This is for those of us who weigh daily and hopefully are learning why we have those fluctuations and can look at the whole month as a success as we record our weight every day.

Use the template below and copy and paste it. Just copy and paste the first week, then add each week as we go along so the posts aren't so long. The first line is your goal weight for the month. Good luck in May everyone! Spring is already here so lets get ready for summer.

I lost around 9.5 lbs last month and am looking for a big number this month (12lbs )

May Goal-150lbs
