Its the weirdest dang thing getting older. Things that I just never even thought about affecting me now do.

Like...
too much physical labor and I am swollen and puffy the next day
too much salt = puffy
crappy weather= I feel puffy
too many carbs= I feel nasueas

So weird it was hot and humid today and I am feeling yucky and puffy

Thanks for the anniversary well wishes!

It is really muggy here today. I went outside about an hour ago to let the dog out, and the air was so heavy and sticky...ugh! I get puffy too...that's so weird! I wonder what causes that?

So I keep saying I'll eat better "tomorrow". I'm getting in that cycle again, not good.

I tried to mix gluten free with CAD.....and that allows me to use excuses to eat more carbs in my CMs. I am going to get back to CAD (also found CALP book, so going to read it to see if things there could help). I am going to limit myself to 1 SF drink (or coffee) during the day. Other than that, water....... And see if just getting back to basics helps. I am maxing out my jeans again. And after I had lost 10 lbs, I have them all back, in just 2 months

I need you guys to keep me honest......kick me in the Rear!!!!!!!!!

So far, Atkins shake for BF. And more rain today. GS and DH playing in the recliner. GS woke up in a good mood!!!

Did behave all day yesterday and down 2.5 lbs. I feel better.

Hi Everyone! Thought I would join your thread

I have a goal of losing an average of 2lbs a week for the next year. Teaching myself a lesson in patience. In the past, I've lost quickly on LC and I have to keep reminding myself that the faster I lose it, the faster it comes back on.

Are weigh in still on Sundays?

I'm up too...a lot

I'm going to better about staying accountable, so my weight for today is 195. Goal for next Sunday is 193. TOM was this past week, so I'm hoping some of the gain was from water weight

Hope you all have doing well! smoosh!

Sounds like we all need some accountability.
I am going to try and stay on water, no SF drinks. And 1/2 hr of activity every day.

Today is day 15 for me and I am happy to say I am down 7.9 lbs. I am so happy. I plan on keeping with my current way of eating for a while; at least another 5-10 lbs worth. How long is safe to stay on the "beginning" (induction?) part?
