I know, I can't believe how good we used to have it! What I wouldn't give to sleep in until 10 or 11. I'm pretty sure it's been a decade since that happened

Oh yes, I am suffering from the "bloatedness" right now! Stinking TOM. I started BC pills in hopes of easing my cycles, but it doesn't seem to be working.

I stayed on plan today. that I won't be tempted by those evil Reese eggs in cabinet. I would just throw them out, but DH would kill me.

confession time....DH and I *may* have stole a peanut butter filled chocolate bunny from the kids basket and possible sat on the couch last night and ate it It was a small one though! Too bad DH was here I could have polished it off myself!

Hi again! I saw about your easter candy splurge! I didn't surprisingly!

Lotus33 glad you had a good giggle! When I say I was doing everything wrong I meant I ate on plan, just too much! I was still losing weight, just slow as molasses.

Confession time for me too I didn't resist! I totally let myself go last week and I am paying for it now. I stepped on the scale and was 195 I'm going to do a 2 week induction and weigh in Monday 4/22. I need to kick the sugar cravings! Then my plan is to go back to a lowish/mod carb eating plan. Why is losing weight so hard?! Glad I have you ladies to keep me on track!

I am so glad you did that!!! Now I am not the only one who refuses to learn from past mistakes!!! Yeah!!!





Well, my mistakes got me a nice 3 lb gain in the last 2 weeks!


One day......we are going to figure out that it isn't worth it!!! I just think to myself...its not like I have to give up chocolate forever...just until I can get to goal and maintain...then I can have *some* not tons...but some chocolate again! But that seems soooo far off in the distance and I hate to wait!



Oh BTW.....glad to see the pretty baby back!!!!

Aw thanks! I missed seeing her on my profile...haha.

I totally agree with you! I keep telling myself that I'm not giving up treats forever, just long enough to get down to my goal weight...then I can have the occasional (not everyday!) treat. It sounds logical in my head, just wish I had better self control!

Back now from the weekend, wedding went great. I am so tired from all the activity though!


Did come home with some renewed spirits to get back at the diet thing hardcore though. Uh...being the biggest bridesmaid will do that to ya!

- Glad the wedding went great! for renewed spirits! Oh and I hear ya...my brother's wedding is this Friday. I have been putting off getting a dress. This might be the first time I actually don't want to go shopping!

- I caved last night, but not too bad. So far today has been good! I'm still kicking myself for gaining back *gulp* 6 pounds. Last time I weighed in I was 195 and today I am 194. I'll take it! Just gotta keep the downward trend going

Now I just need the moral support (or a*# kicking) to NOT start eating again now that stress is gone and appetite is back.

I did make 180 yesterday, but up to 181 today. (scalloped potatoes last night were magnificent!!) Grandson and I had entire evening by ourselves and only us two for supper. Catch up time. He is 19 months old now.

I love scalloped potatoes! It's been so long since I've had them. That's so sweet you were able to catch up with your grandson! My daughter is 18 months old...it's a fun age!

Yesterday went pretty well. Hubby brought home ice cream! At least it was Weight Watchers brand...LOL. No gain or loss today, so I will call that a success for now...haha.

I actually haven't weighed in like 2 weeks I suppose I should go tomorrow to tops...I was debating forgoing the shame of a gain and skipping the meeting but.....isn't that the point of going????
