Water isn't my strong point. And it is stupid, because I know I lose much better if I don't drink SF drinks.

Me too! Today I replaced one of my SF drinks with water. I'm going to try that each day this week and then switch to 2 waters and so on... Cold turkey didn't seem to work last time I tried

I have to go cold turkey! I get totally addicted to diet coke. I had terrible withdrawel for about 3 days and was thirsty thirsty thirsty for about a month! But now SF drinks taste wayyy wayyyy too sweet and chemically tasting!

I will have a diet coke once in awhile but now too often!

I am a diet Dr Pepper. And maybe it is for the caffeine......but I also like flavored tea, herbal tea with stevia, etc.....

And I can give it up for a week, and then we end up at Burger King or something, and I always get a value meal, and back to pop again

Oh its totally hard to stop! I can't tell you how many times I have tried Diet Dr. Pepper is the bomb!!!

I was using that MIO for a bit in water just to be able to choke some water down, but now that I have all the SF out of my system it tastes like poo!!!


So back down 2 of the 3 lbs. Hoping by tomorrow to lose the last one.

you go girl!!!! Never had club soda, isn't it just fizzy water? Or is there flavor in it?


I was super good today!!! And got my basement all set up to start working out

Highly boring looking though! Will have to do something about that

All that stuff was shoved in a corner with ironing hanging on it! The floor space had toys everywhere! Took awhile to undo all that! I am so out of shape though If I can do 10 min on any of that stuff I will be happy! I usually walk the dogs anywhere from 30-45 minutes but getting on the work out stuff seems to zap me faster!

Love the gym setup! I have a treadmill and my husband has a weight set. I can't even lift the bar without weights on it...lol.

I weighed in today and I'm down a pound. I forgot to change my stats, but I'm at 197.2 now. I guess I let the last couple of weeks get away from me...oops.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Change those stats

I haven't had time to eat all day, so tonight I am going to eat whatever the family cooks, and not worry about anything. I did Mozzarella sticks for BF and almonds for lunch (and one diet pop) Then I will see what tomorrow brings!!

So, I started exercising and went up 2 back down 2 the next day so it was a wash but come on!

I wish my scale was in small increments but I have the worst luck with the digital ones. They break all the time! But would be nicer to see even little bits of movement

I weigh daily, but I really watch the weekly average. It allows for ups and downs..............and excercising will do that. Wish the body didn't hold onto fluids like it does.
