I feel better, because I know how to eat LC, but once per day, I can eat fruit, veggies, taters, etc with my meat and feel like I have a balanced meal.

So thats interesting that your bad days don't effect you the same anymore

I was 218 today...down 2. I am not getting all excited until about 10 are gone though. Then I will start to be happy about it and know its not water!

2 lbs sounds pretty good to me. Hope it stays gone for you.

In 5 years of weighing daily, I don't think I have ever gained 4 lbs overnight. That means I wont see 190 again!!

I have no hope for 8 per month....4-5 is the best I could ever hope for, unless going clear back to LC induction. And I am not going that extreme, this time of year. I know I couldn't stick to it.

I fell off the "dieting wagon" and finally found my way back! I started back today. Nights are the worst for me, but so far so good! Hope you all are doing well

ITA!!!! Nightime stinks!!! Kids are in bed, veggin on the couch, I just want a freakin candy bar and chips! Is that really too much to ask????

Fams decided to have a bit of ice cream earlier and I abstained!!!

I had 4 donut holes with dinner so I couldn't but man...I wanted to!

YES...so true! I finally get everyone to sleep and I just want to relax...with a little tv and junk food...LOL.

Good job for passing up the ice cream!!! It's so hard when you're the only one not eating it.

Okay so it's 10:32 and I'm wide awake thinking about food. I thought I would come here and distract myself. It seems to be working

LOL! I fell asleep a little bit after I wrote my last reply and didn't see yours. I knew I should have checked once more

On a positive note, I made it with out cheating last night! Seriously, it's been a few weeks of doing that, so I'm very happy. Hopefully tonight will be easier.

How has everyone's day been? So far, so good. I still have about 5 carbs left (I'm aiming for 20 a day for the first couple of weeks to get back on track), so I'm thinking maybe some sugar free jello and whip cream for dessert later. I can pretend it's a giant cupcake...LOL.

Well I better figure out dinner for the kiddos!

Food went pretty good today, except the sipping a SF drink tonight.......my day flipped upside down this afternoon, and I am still mentally recovering---or formulating a disaster plan

I weigh in tomorrow for a weekly....see how it goes

Down another lb this morning! So thats 4lbs in a 10 days...I am happy with that!

Scale was back down to 186, so gained 1 lb this week, but with tax school and salt, I am okay with that at this point.

Next week, want to be at 184 or (Miracle) 184!!!!!

So close to what I ended the year at, so then I have a month to lose. Then I could actually say I had lost weight this year, instead of admitting I had gained 6 lbs during the year.

It definitely could be the salt. I know I retain like crazy with extra salt. You're so close to your goal, you can do it!!!

Family only 1 mile down the road, so dinner is easy. The Black Friday question is tougher. I haven't seen anything yet this year worth the 1 hr drive to get there, and then purchase..........fight lines and parking lots.

So right now, I am not in the mood. Tomorrow, I will look over ads and see if anything worth the hassle,
